After the first visit of a bedbug treatment they took over a month to return for a second spraying. The two should legally be done within two weeks proximity. The receptionist Irene seemed to have a breakdown upon my asking when the third (legally required by payment) visit would be. She then began screaming at me about how disgusting my furniture was and how they would not be returning for another visit. Without allowing me to ask and clarifying questions she then demanded that I never call back there again and then hung up. Disappointingly unprofessional. Only hire this company if you have no other options financially, even then you may not actually receive full service from reasonable adults.

Technical came couple of days ago for pest treatment in our apartment building in North York. He seem to be knowledgeable, he explained the issue and products he will use. The owner of the company is easy to reach and consult.

Flagship Pest Solutions did an excellent job getting rid of a rat infestation in my attic. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. They identified all the entry points the rats were using to get into my attic, sealed them off, and then set traps to capture the remaining rats. They also provided me with tips on how to prevent future infestations. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service.
