My husband and I originally had a property in Richmond but we live in a different city.At the end, we decided to sell it. After the last tenants moved out, Sam helped us to choose colours of the paint and carpet. Sam has been super flexible since my husband and I only have time for meetings after work or during weekends. Sam is always available for meetings, emails , texts and calls.After the renovation has been done. Sam hired professional photographer to take pictures of the property. He showed to lots of potential clients during weekends as well . We booked our vacation before so during the trip we weren’t available for four days since there is no internet access. Sam gave us peace of mind and said he will take care of everything.At the end, Sam was able to close the sale very smoothly. My husband and I never have to go to Vancouver for any emergency or solve any issues last minute.We were so blessed and happy with how amazing Sam has been and helped us along the way.Could not have asked anything more. Sam is our go-to agent for buying properties in Vancouver. Me and my wife met him 4 years ago for buying our first property. He is responsive over text and calls which made the communication really easy between us. Sam is very thorough when it comes to reviewing contracts with us to address any of our questions before signing the contracts. Our sale closed smoothly at a competitive price with Sam taking care of everything for us, we barely have to worry. We really appreciated the level of transparency and clear communication with him debriefing us on every step of the way.We are so thankful that he was by our side when he helped us find a new house! The buying process was definitely not easy given the limited supply of houses in the current market and the high competition with subject-free overbids. Sam is always so calm and positive, it really kept our spirits up during this process as he made this supposedly stressful process so much easier for us. He's consistently early for open house showings and would even take the time to help us observe the neighborhood. Sam would point out things to look for and provide professional comments on each property. It's very reassuring knowing that Sam looks out for our best interest and has a high level of attentiveness to details that are valuable to us.
