I have dealt with Alisha who I have found friendly and very helpful. I was representing a family member and I cant say enough about her thoughtful and kind approach. I also found Dr. Pearson (phone call) to be overly kind, informative, took time to explain things and told me to call him anytime. I found this approach very anxiety-reducing and refreshing. I feel my family member is in good hands so far.

In the interests of balance, I feel I should write in to say that while I have had only one experience conversing with the receptionist, my request (not granted btw) was answered in a v. professional and warm manner. As regards Dr. Pearson, my procedure was 5 - 6 years ago and successful, and I am obviously very pleased and grateful with that outcome.

Dr. Pearson and his assistant Alycia are both AMAZING!!Dr. Pearson is great at explaining everything, very kind and professional.Alycia is always great to talk to when I call the office - super friendly and personable.

I was barely sedated for my endoscopy today. They didn’t even check if I was sedated enough, they just shoved a tube down my throat.

Although very knowledgeable, I found Dr. Pearson to have a bit of a stand off attitude for my taste. That said, I would still give him a very good rating. The reason I have given such a poor rating is for his support staff. His receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was called to come in for a follow up to a routine procedure. When I said that I would prefer to come in only if there was something abnormal about the results, she took it upon herself to remove me as a patient, falsely citing that I had denied to see the doctor anymore. This kind of behaviour is probably the object of lawsuits down South. I can't imagine the reason for the upset but I am now trying another place that will hopefully put my health and time first. Apparently some others have had better results than myself. Hopefully the doctor might see this review as it is difficult to get in touch with him without going through his receptionist. He may not even know this type of behaviour is happening. It's a scary system when you think of it.
