I made my tax report with Mrs Daqaq, she was very helpful, patient and understanding. This is the first time to declare income in Canada, very anxious about this, but she got me all through. Definitely would recommend.

Pretty expensive, no advice given when asked / questions were just brushed off. There’s no price range defined and they would only tell you the total when they are about to file your tax. The process was easy and took under 20mins.

Superb and reliable tax services!As a foreigner, filing taxes correctly has been always a bit tricky to me. Ms. Lyne N. Dakak was very professional, kind and thoughtful - while filing my taxes, she patiently reviewed and explained everything with me and even offered me some extra help. (Thanks really much Lyne!) Very easy to make reservation; transparent with their service charges; smooth and safe during the whole process. Strongly recommend:)

Unhappy in2019 H R Block Montreal st.Papineau did a mistake , Ihave call send email many times succed to speak with Arulmory Kugadàs still today the correction is not done, C A R has stop to pay my pention since 2020 waiting for the 2019 H R Block correction

I had the most horrific experience here with Lyne Dakak. She forgot to carry forward my unused tax credits for several years. Revenue QC called me to notify me of this. When I went in to see her about this, she accused me of making this up and even had the gaul to say because you look like someone who would try to steal money from the government". I was wearing some skimpy clothing since it was a hot summer day

I would like to send my appreciation to my H&R Block agent Lyne N. Dakak. My experience with her is always awesome. She's knowledgeable, very professional & organized, kind & reassuring. She takes extra steps to make you feel calm and will explain & answer all your questions. Other than her impressive experience, I appreciate her human approach to customer service. She truly understands that tax season is very stressful for a lot of people and therefore comes with a positive & helpful attitude. She's been my agent since 2015 and I don't want to deal with anyone else. I recommend her 100%. Thank you so much Lyne!

WORST customer service possible. Right from the very first call to confirm the appointment, Alberta (the agent working that particular day) was EXTREMELY rude. I should've taken that as a sign but I thought she was the receptionist. Unfortunately, when I reached the office, I found out that she would be doing my taxes. I was already overwhelmed with the whole procedure and she made me even more nervous by saying that I had to owed a huge amount (WHICH I DIDN'T). Apart from that she kept accusing me of not paying the government for what i earned" and when I wanted to leave

Lyne Dakak did 5 years of back taxes for me all at once. She was super efficient and very wise about how to maximize my return. She's also very personable and she was very accommodating of my schedule. I could not recommend her more highly.

Trying for first and last time, infact I told all my friends to immediately cancel the appointment who were about to get their tax done with h&r, One of the worst experience especially Suzanne the receptionist OMG never seen such rude and useless person in a professional environment... I made a big Mistake doing taxes here. I didn't realize the reviews were all paid... what a waste of money and time. Guyz pls avoid them at any cost

I was an international student and had to do my taxes for the last 6 years, it was incredibly overwhelming. Lyne Dakak was the person I saw and she helped me so much, she was patient and explained everything to me who has no knowledge of how to do taxes. I felt I was in very good hands with her and I am very happy with how everything turned out.
