Ordered bar stools for my son for Christmas, I was beyond thrilled with the quality of the product. They were ordered with a vinyl on the seats and back and they are absolutely gorgeous. The new favorite place for my granddaughter to sit. Easily cleaned and extremely durable. I am ordering some for myself and also a dinning room table and chairs. I’m very impressed with the quality.

I grew up around a Canadel table (which 25 years later, is now in my sister's home) and now have 2 sets in my home. The quality and finishing is superior and made to last. The photo is our newest set (along with Canadel stools) we selected once we remodeled our kitchen - the process of selecting finishes and fabrics unique to us was so much fun! Highly recommend Canadel for the beauty, quality and the ability to create something uniquely yours.

Canadel is the only company I will ever use for my dining needs! The chairs are so strong, you can tell they will outlast just about any other dining chair. Aside from superior construction, you can customize your dining table to fit exactly your style. There are colors, stains, upholstery and non-upholstered, patterns, or solid- I mean this place has it all! My local La-Z-Boy store has a huge display with all the options you can choose from :)

We have 2 entire houses full of Canadel furniture. From bar stools to formal dining chairs to a casual glass dining table and chairs, leather cubes, beautiful buffet, large leather ottoman and a few fabric benches. Everything is high quality and was delivered with no issues at all. There are so many finishes and fabrics to choose from, it was hard to decide. We love everything!!

We purchased a Canadel kitchen table and chair set about 10 years ago. Materials and craftsmanship were excellent, which is why we decided to purchase another for our new condo, through Baers Furniture in Port Charlotte, FL. While the materials are still quality, the craftsmanship is not. The stain on the chairs do not match the table, and the two halves of the table are not flush, so any plate or glass wobbles. Baers furniture sent a repairman to look at the set, and he stated that, indeed, Canadel was not producing furniture like it did years ago, and that the tables are produced and stained in a different location than the chairs. He doubted that Canadel would do anything about this. Baers did file a claim with Canadel, but apparently the claim was denied, according to Baers Funiture.

What a beautiful breakfast room set this is! Fantastic quality and incredible design. The finish is terrific and it looks great in our home. Lots of options for size, leg style, finish, etc so you can customize it as you want. The website makes it easy to chose your selections. Highly recommend!!

Bought a set of 4 Canadel Champlain dining chairs from Steinhafels in late October 2021 (cost $500 each). They were delivered in late November 2021. In late December 2022, I discovered two of the chairs have developed structural cracks in the slat back where it meets the seat. The chairs have had very little use. The chairs are now dangerous to use because of the wood sticking out vertically from the seat back. My son and I received nasty cuts from said cracks. Contacted Canadel via email and they did not respond to me. They did respond to Steinhafels customer service and said the chairs were out of warranty and they could replace the frames for $425 each. To me, this is extremely poor customer service. The chairs are clearly defective, and they immediately hid behind the 12 month warranty. You pay $500 for a chair, and they only stand behind it for 12 months? I will never buy from Canadel again.
