The lady at the front is very rude and seems like she doesn't care for business at all. Glad there was somewhere close by that was more than welcoming to help with the urgent problem we had.

The women at the front desk was the rudest and most inconsiderate person I have ever interacted with. Driving from kitchener to ahmic lake (4 hours) in a rain storm we noticed our lug nuts were loose and one actually flew off. We pulled in begging for anyone to look at our car, not knowing where we are in the pouring rain and this women REFUSED to even ask a mechanic if they could spare 5-10 minutes to help us (of course we would pay for the service). ON TOP OF THAT we were towing a trailer and asked if someone could at least help us back out of the narrow parking lot… again this horrible women refused to help us. Such heartless behaviour I have never encountered.. I would never recommend this place to anyone who values human decency.

I had asked for an internal repair / patch, not a plug. Dave (owner and nice guy) was adamant that the plug would do the job. Joey did the work. $30 for a plug. Great wifi, nice place to wait. COVID Protocols well adhered to. I had an appointment, arrived early, all was good. A couple of Locals recommended him to me, so that is always a good sign.

I had an amazing experience with Dave and his mom Nancy when I urgently needed help. While passing through Perry Sound I drove over pliers and needed my tire replaced.Nancy was very kind and helpful, said not to worry and that she will help me. Despite Covid, low tire sock and appointments booked days out they helped me within hours of me getting stranded.Thanks again Dave, Nancy and your tire crew. Your quick response was much appreciated.I would give you 5+++ stars ✨ if I could.

I got a flat tire as I left our cottage rental at the end of summer. Knew I was in trouble and needed help quick. Made some calls to other places. It was a Saturday and everyone I spoke to couldn't help ... and that included Canadian Tire. Everyone told me to come back Monday (I would have had to rent a hotel room ... crazy!) When I called OK, said they were full, but to bring it in anyways and they'd see what they could do. Dave personally took care of me and even though I didn't have an appointment. He took front tire off and told me that the tire was too badly damaged to patch and would need a new one, but they didn't have it in stock. So he suggested that they put the spare I had on the back tire and move the back tire to the front since my car's a front wheel drive and I had to drive over 4 hrs to get home. All this and the bill came to $36. He even made sure all the tires had enough air in them before I left. Dave literally saved me and I would highly recommend him and his team. Don't believe the other review about not being helpful, they knew I was in a tough spot and they stepped up to help. Super honest, and super service. While there I met another customer who lives near Barry and drives to Parry Sound to get his tires serviced by this team. Parry Sound is lucky to have this business in their community. Thanks Dave!

Dave was so helpful for us!! My husband split his tire Friday night, we called first thing Saturday and he put us in right away. We had the car before close on Monday. Thanks so much for your speedy, professional, and polite service.

After getting a flat tire on the 400 series, south of Parry Sound, Dave was the only one with time to help me out on the Canada Day long weekend. Great experience at OK Tire - we had a flat tire that we discovered the night before and were scheduled to check out and leave Parry Sound the next morning. I showed up at opening time and Dave was able to fit us in - this saved our day! Thank you for the great service and rapid repair to get us back on the road!
