I need to tell you all about this wonderful woman who I cannot say enough great things about.I first worked with Meagan during her intro to Yoga sessions a couple of years ago and recently completed a number of life-changing personal training sessions with her.In those sessions, I learned so much about fitness and the human body, it has improved my technique, reduced pain, and increased my enjoyment even more in my Bodypump classes and in Running.Seriously, I have struggled for 6 years to manage pushups from the toes on my own, but after one session with Meagan, I can do them!If you have ever considered personal training sessions I strongly encourage you to contact Meagan. I have just returned from Meagan’s Women's Mindful Photography Retreat. This retreat was amazing! It was well organized with a wonderful balance between learning; whether in photography techniques or fitness concepts; activity; mindfulness; and downtime. Meagan is warm, knowledgeable and funny! Meagan made me comfortable from the first contact by email, to initial meeting and throughout the retreat. She brought a wonderful photography teacher who made us all feel like we were taking the most beautiful pictures and then taught us how to make them more beautiful! My intention for this retreat was 100% the photography but I got so much more than that! I 100% recommend!

Meagan is a fantastic personal trainer, loves health and fitness and has a wealth of knowledge. I initially took a 6 months contract with her to work on my lower body only. She was able to solve the problems that several chiropractors and other personal trainers could not. Since then, I have extended my contract with Meagan and always look forward to our fun and motivating sessions.

I first trained with Meagan in one of her Total Workout for Women Bootcamps. I wanted a change to my workout routine and Meagan definitely provided that. Her attention to proper form and explanation of body mechanics really helped me to understand how to properly execute the various movements in our workouts to gain maximum benefit.Recently I felt the need to find some clarity and balance in my life and I attended one of Meagan's meditation workshops. What an enlightening experience! Getting to work with her has truly made a positive impact on my life. I can't wait for our Energy Healing Retreat!! Thanks Meagan!!!
