The service was absolutely accurate and professional. The agent at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The agent who handled my issue (MAJELLA), was excellent and exhibited one of the highest levels of professionalism kindness with a high volume of accuracy. It's always people who make the difference in every job and this lady surely has what it takes and more.

If you are visiting to get a sin number, I really recommend to visit in the early morning as the lone grows longer as the time passes. Make sure if you are visiting for the right purpose as many people fall into the confusion between service ontario and service canada; Both are different and providing different services. Free parking available as it is situated in the Gerrard mall at the 1st floor right in the front of escalator. Service is good but not swifter.

I am so obsessed cause the pregnant woman and babys must wait in the line. The people do not give priority to pregnant woman's and women with new born baby. Sad because the security do not do something, even the staff is good.Sad ... You can do more guys.

I'm asking questions about my cpp, how much I'm going to receive. They have sent me a statement of contributions and a calculation of how much I will receive. At the bottom of the page on each letter it says if you have any questions call. Yet when you call or go to service Canada not one person can answer any of my questions about how or why I'm receiving the amount that they say I'll be receiving. I'm very confused as to why it would ask to call and no one has the ability to answer simple questions. The last thing I was told, someone would be contacting me on a phone number that does not have a name or identity. With all the scams happening on the phone I'm disappointed that service Canada is still conducting business this way.

I went there during the Labours strike! I was skeptical but luckily they were operating for essential services so I got my SIN number within no time! No queue, no wait time!

This service Ontario is wildly unprofessional. It’s very disorganized, the security guards have no idea what’s going on, and to top it all off the phenomenally pleasant guy that was helping me was deeply condescending and rude. He had a terrible attitude and spent the first 5 minutes of my appointment on his phone. I truly feel bad for his supervisor and any future employers he may have. I hope to god everyone here can hone in on their customer service skills, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a service Ontario.

Came in to get a new passport Wednesday Dec 05th.Arrived at Gerrard Square a little before 8pm and there was about 3 people ahead. The security guard was letting mall employees in first, and everyone else for service canada was let in to the mall at around 8:30.Went to 2nd floor and lined up. We were all asked to have our forms and IDs ready, before we were seated inside to wait for an open counter to be served.Clayton at the counter served me today, he looked through all my documents and IDs, corrected me on some parts and explained the processing time. (currently 25 business day).All done before 9pm. Very fast and efficient.

Applied for a new SIN there. It was Monday morning, came there 10am, waited in line for 2.5 hours, then lady quickly issued me a new SIN number and I headed back home. Whole process took literally 10 minutes. Professional and quick service, however I think they should open another Service Canada centre in Danforth as it can get too crowded sometimes and there were no benches/chairs to sit and it was a bit painful for me to see pregnant women and elders staying for couple of hours straight

Super slow, super busy with long waiting time and line.First time I arrived at 11 AM but they told me that I won't make it at that day and need to come tomorrow early morning.However they're opening at 9 AM but the next day I tried to be I was there at 8 AM to be first one, but I was number 22nd in the waiting line. When they opened the doors at 9, more than 70-80 people were in the line.It took 3 hours to do my job because only 4 out of 9 counters were active means less than 50% of employees were working!

I went in for a passport application.-Lined up outside the Food Basics at 7:30am on Monday morning; 3rd in line-Security guard let us inside the mall by 8:30am and we lined up outside the Service Canada-An employee organized the line and triaged people, assessing if they have the right documents and helped-Was able to see someone to submit my application by 8:50am-Unfortunately I had photos that did not meet the requirements (make sure your kid's hands are not visible in their pictures!) and I had to get photos retaken. The employee helping me gave me good advice and a slip to return and skip the line within that same day.-I was able able to get the right photos and return by 10:50am, the line was significantly longer but I was able to avoid it with my return slip-I was seen shortly afterward and completed my business by 11:30amAll employees and security guards were reasonable and professional. Some were downright helpful!I definitely recommend this location over others.Arrive early, come prepared for a long wait and come with reasonable expectations for a long wait and everything will move smoothly
