We always take our vehicles to Glassmasters. So, when it’s time again, went back. Wade and his team are awesome. We didn’t meet Justin. But we can see he does quality work, specific to our vehicle, which has all the safety equipment. They even do a diagnostic calibration and scan to ensure everything works as equipped. Met with the team to have two chips repaired. They were more expensive than the competition but could match price with AMA. Company policy dictated that AMA should be presented at time of repair. This car is always held by my wife who was is a customer meeting. I waited around 45 minutes to learn that she had forgotten her card. I shared my honest feedback that I was saddened that I would need to be full price due to an inconvenience and on a case by case basis, they were able to extend me pricing. We need to swap my wives windshield soon and I will bring it back for servicing. Thanks team for all your help

Warning RHD vehicle owners: this place is a WASTE of time. Brought my Japanese Import in to them to change a windshield and they wanted to double check to make sure the windshield would fit. As they accepted to undertake the service for my car, I noticed a gap at the bottom of the windshield which they did make me aware of after the job was done. The front desk employee reassured me that there would be no issues and that it is safe to operate the vehicle; unfortunately, I would hear the windshield vibrate when I would drive over unavoidable bumps on the road. Not only that, they disregarded cleaning the interior of the window. Surely enough you would think paying $500~ for a windshield they would do this. Once I got home I noticed the A pillar had damages to it - a puncture and a scratch like defacement. I brought it to the front desk employee's attention along with photo proof from less than a month showing no damages to it. They claimed their expert" installer was no where near this part of the interior which I found strange because the air freshener near this area was removed (and was on the floor in the back) indicating someone was in fact near this area. Being that they are "Glass Masters"

Great service. This business single handily corrected the high price of windshield glass in our community. Glad they arrived, several years ago, to shake the marketplace up.

Had a rock punch a serious dent/hole in our windshield late Monday afternoon. Reached out to GlassMasters Tuesday morning and they replied right away with a quote and we’re able to get me in the same day. Very fast and friendly service - highly recommend!

They are awesome! I showed up an hour early for my appt and they took the car in right away. Super friendly, so far great work (I'll let you know after the first rain or wash lol) but they came highly recommended from both a tesla group and Tesla service. Did I mention they also are 1/3 of the price for my windshield replacement?

Good work which should have been great. Had windshield replaced. Everything went as expected but when it was time to take vehicle home I discovered that there were trim parts missing and the interior was completely dirty. Wade quickly sorted out the trim parts (found them with installer) and cleaned the interior himself - thank you! Mark T. the installer, c'mon man...show some pride in your work.

Got a pair of chips repaired, service was quite quick, the job was done about 15 minutes faster than what I was quoted when I arrived. I can still see part of one chip, but that's what they warned me before doing the job. However, this repair should prevent the chip from growing some cracks. If you go for a walk while waiting, check out the wetlands trail a few blocks to the SW, quite a nice little park.

Having your sunroof smashed in the middle of winter is super frustrating, but GlassMasters had me sorted out and on my merry way in no time. Such a quick turnaround when I thought I might be in for an ordeal. Fantastic team and service. Thanks!

Maybe everyone is this helpful in Calgary but this company is exceptional. We had a rock hit our RV window and needed it replaced so we could continue our trip. Their location across town could not fit is in, but gave us the number for this location. Got us in the same day. 3 hours later we were on our way. Friendly, professional and fast.
