Tried the jerk chicken and rice with coleslaw. Chicken was tender and juicy, full of flavour till the inside. Rice were perfectly cooked with beans. Coleslaw was freshly made, not soggy. Would highly recommend. Perfect for office gatherings.

Always a positive experience at JJ's. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the food is fantastic and the atmosphere of the restaurant is great. Always good tunes bumping.Everything on the menu is great, but I highly recommend the jerk chicken poutine.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, I recently dined at the Jamaican restaurant and it was an absolute delight! The authentic Jamaican cuisine was fantastic, with each dish bursting with flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was lively and added to the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and a good time. 5 stars all around!I come back every time I get the chance!

Very good restaurant. Five of us came in, and we all loved our food. One of the five isn't into Jamaican food, so he had a burger and fries. He said the fries were the best he ever had. My jerk chicken was very tasty, though personally I like it a bit spicier.Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

I can not get over how good the jerk chicken roti is. Everything is spiced perfectly, so fresh and soooo delicious. The portions are amazing and the staff are so friendly and kind! I recommend this place to everyone I know!

Amazing portions. Chicken was cooked perfect. Tender, not over done. Rice and Slaw were good. Jerk was spicy (hot) and flavorful. There was just something missing in the jerk seasoning/spices or I’d give it five stars.

Fantastic food. The owner is so nice too. I had oxtail dinner and a jerk chicken beef pattie. The pattie was so damn good, I could eat 5 of them in one sitting. Best Jamaican food in all of Barrie, and trust me, I've eaten at all of them.
