Robert and his staff could not have been more accommodating in ensuring that I had a great travel experience. He rebooked my flights when necessary (not an easy task) and arranged efficient transfers to lovely accommodations both before and after the cruise. I enjoyed a sense of security knowing that he was looking out for me both before and during my trip.

A neighbor and I wanted to book a Mediterranean cruise and went to see Lisa at Cruise Encounters. She was awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable and very patient with us as we had a boatload of questions for her. We travelled with Princess Cruises/British Airways and would highly recommend both Lisa and Cruise Encounters and would definitely book with Lisa again. Holiday of a lifetime thanks Lisa.

Our family would like to thank you for once again providing an amazing vacation package which appealed to all of us!Everything provided was as advertised and we never had to worry about the details as everything was delivered in the info package and went according to plans. Dear Robert,Once again you created a magnificent holiday for my friend and me! The accommodations you found us were perfectly located in the places we were visiting in Italy and you pulled together a great itinerary. Similar to my trip to Ireland that you arranged a few years ago, I would not have gone on this vacation if you hadn't put it all together. And I wouldn't have missed it for the world. I was looking for a warm vacation on a nasty cold day, yesterday. Unfortunately, I got there half an hour after they closed. Read the sign on the door before you enter. Only fully vaccinated customers can enter the premises and mask is mandatory. Bring your vaccine passport along with your credit card.

Lisa at Cruise Encounters was great! We wanted a last minute cruise and she worked really hard to find us one with 2 rooms beside each other which was a difficult task with how busy the cruises are the days. And she found a great deal for us too!

This is the second time we have dealt with them and have found them to be prompt, courteous, well informed and helpful in planning our vacations to Europe.
