We had an urgent need for a plumber with our septic tank almost full and the pump not working. The issue was diagnosed and a new pump was fitted quickly and efficiently. Problem solved. We were very impressed by the speed and efficiency of service, the professional way in which Peter Baker worked (even in minus 20!) and the very reasonable rate. We were extremely happy we called on Baker Plumbing for this job.

Looonnnng story - bottom line, I definitely recommend Baker Plumbing....- This past summer I had renovations done in my condo including installation of vinyl plank flooring, countertops, sinks, faucets, and a new toilet. I didn't have a contractor, so I was arranging trades people as needed. (probably not one of my better ideas). The flooring guys took out my old toilet, but couldn't hook it back up. I was in a panic as I hadn't called for a plumber. Baker Plumbing had been recommended to me by the flooring company, so I called Bob Baker in the morning, and he made arrangements to have my toilet hooked up that evening. Whew!- The cabinet carpenter needed taps installed on the pipes under the kitchen sink before he could continue with the cabinet installation. I called Bob to see if he could help, and he was there within minutes and did the job. Again, whew!In all, Bob, Peter and Isaiah hooked up my washer/dryer, installed 4 new faucets, a dishwasher, and a hood fan. The shower faucet installation was not an easy job either (dealing with supply delays and drywall, etc.).- All three (and Julie) were wonderful to work with. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, never pushed one product over another, but did offer opinions (which I appreciated). They did a great job, made me laugh, and made the reno process go much better.- Yes, I would recommend them any time.

We have used Baker Plumbing a few times in the past with good results. When our 15 year old hot water tank started leaking we looked around for the best option, but came back to Baker.The scheduling was quick (called on a Friday and got a new tank by Tuesday) and the install team was careful and professional. The price was competitive (not the absolute lowest but reasonable). They did not need to do an on-site paid estimate (as some other places did), which increased the value.I would definitely recommend Baker plumbing for others, and will be calling them back in the future.

I absolutely recommend Baker Plumbing to anyone who needs work done! These guys are the best. We had them fix our air conditioner at the beginning of the summer, and then at the end of the summer our hot water tank blew up. Such a pain in the butt - but they were fast and efficient and respectful. It's been a few months since we had the work done - but I have been meaning to write a review ever since they came.
