Patty is extremely friendly and will help you find what you're looking for at an affordable price.I had an insurance claim covering my work so she ensured that I wouldn't be going over budget and paying out of pocket. She even allowed me to take my puppy in with me. I would recommend anybody looking to replace flooring to go check them out.

Very poor transparency at quoting. My mistake for not reading a prior review for the same concern. Patti (the owner) came out to my property to quote an install. No measurements were taken and I relayed that I had purchased my own laminate. She asked if I had underlay and I confirmed that I did not. The next day she called me with a quote. When I asked her if that included everything" including removal of old tiles and she replied yes. So I gave her the go ahead. On the day of install - she called me to ask where my underlay was. I reminded her that I told her I didn't have any and she then told me the quote would have to be adjusted. On the second day - I called her to see if the work was complete and she then informed me that they would not be reinstalling baseboards as this was not included????? She then asked for full payment via e-transfer. When I asked for an actual invoice - I told her that I would be paying via credit card - to which she informed me that she did not know how to do that? Interesting to read another review with the same issues as well."

5 star all the way!!! I did t have a clue what I wanted for flooring and Patti (Lakeland Fine Floors) came to my house to see what I needed! She then went back to the office and pulled 3 different patterns for me to choose from! Of course I picked the one she recommended and boy was I satisfied! We had scheduled a start date as well as a completion date! They started before the start date and finished before the original start date!!! Sooo very impressed!! The boys came in and were very clean the whole time they were here doing my install! Then they cleaned up completely before they left!! Highly recommend Lakeland Fine Floors!!!

They did a terrible job after the installation walking on the floor you can feel the screws under that they put in the subfloor. Their are also dips and holes you can feel while walking on it. There are tears in the spots where the fridge and stove go that they installed. On top of it the installer broke the countertop thinking that he could lift the island by the countertop. It was not very good experience. It seems like they are trying to avoid us to try and get the things fixed properly. Definitely do not recommend.
