I bought internet from Shaw at Mayfair in June 2023.I met Cassandra there and she was incredible she understood my situation, and gave me a great deal without any drama or fuss.She also knew all of the little fiddly details, like the steps to sign up, and went over the fees I would pay (and the ones she cancelled) and gave me a written, piece of paper with my plan, so I could wield it in any showdown with corporate later. It was one of the best experiences, and it was all done in about 8 minutes. Honestly, she is probably management material!There were coworkers at the Mayfair who helped too. They may be great, but I didn't interact with them, but it seems like a nice team when I was there.

Aaron @ your Shaw location in Mayfair Mall is a great ambassador for Shaw. He acknowledged me right away. Took a lot time to explain the product to me insuring I had a complete understanding.It was a very successful and satisfying purchase !Thank you Aaron

What a wonderful service I got from the Staff at Mayfair mall. Aaron and the other staff are just wonderful they are knowledgeable polite helpful and all my service needs were met with top quality. I am so grateful to Aaron for his incredible help. I will be loyal to Shaw and recommend this location to everybody.

Had an amazing experience switching from rogers to Shaw after a terrible customer service experience at rogers. Rochelle, phoebe, and others were kind, patient, helpful, left happy and accomplished what I needed. Highly recommend this Shaw centre, especially if you are an already existing customer with their internet, Thank you Shaw at Mayfair!

Aaron was great! He showed me every possible option to get the best deal for my new phone and save money on out home internet while upgrading!

I went in to set up a temporary roaming on my account. They gave clear directions and presented the options clearly. They also answered some questions about my phone and helped me with several issues. Extremely helpful and friendly.

Aaron from Shaw at Mayfair Mall was absolutely amazing!He was so helpful when we came into the store to speak about their products and what they have to offer. He helped us find the perfect product for us and it ended up being cheaper than what we were offered from other providers! He explained everything throughly and we were very impressed with the knowledge that he provided up front. I am so happy we came to this location! Aaron was able to have Michael come to our home to set up our products within 24 hrs. Michael was able set everything up within 15-20 minutes! He explained everything to the fullest and was happy to answer any questions we had for him. He even provided us with his cellphone number in case we had any questions after he left. I had a very positive experience the Shaw store in Mayfair mall, Victoria. Although my technical issues are not completely solved, (more time needed) the staff were patient, kind, fun and very helpful. A big thankyou to Cassandra and her coworker for trying their best to help. You ladies are awesome. I will consider switching to Shaw as I become a single person in the future. Thankyou Shaw.

So I went into the Shaw Store at Mayfair Mall to negotiate a new internet deal as my previous 2 year plan was almost over. I went in fully expecting to be spoken down to, ridiculed and treated like trash based on previous interactions on the phone with Shaw, and then I met Jake. My impression of Shaw customer service representatives was quickly turned completely upside down. Jake helped me with a new phone for my daughter first, and then before I even mentioned it he said we could get a better internet plan which would lower the cost of her mobile plan. He gave us a better deal than I had hoped to argue for in the first place. Jake was incredibly helpful, he was very knowledgable and patient with all my questions, he was polite and he went above and beyond what was needed or expected to help me. Jake gave me the best customer service I have received from anyone, anywhere in the last 20 years! I will never phone Shaw again, I'll just go in and talk to Jake! You should too...
