This shop is amazing. You can find everything that you need. There’s clothes, games, fabric, kitchenware, tvs, everything for sport, from basketball, tennis, to snowboard and skiis. You can have some really good finds in there

Would give 0 stars if I could.. I called the location to confirm I could donate a pair of barstools, the woman on the phone said it was no problem! Upon arrival was told they would not take them, I explained I called & confirmed before driving down. Staff in the back argued w me until I showed them my call history, then they grabbed the woman I'd spoken to earlier over the phone she came out back & called me a liar claiming to never take furniture..Horrible experience.. waste of my time, fuel & $ .

Stock changes all the time, with new donations. Worth going in often, just to see what they have. Hard to get around because it gets busy and the isles are small. Can be overwhelming if you have anxiety though.

I love to shop here to find unique clothing items! The staff are helpful and thoughtful. I am especially grateful for the Store Manager Lagaya and Staff member David who go out of their way to support our community!

Lonsdale salvation army hangs FF items " and does not mark them as so. I bought $ 24 pairs of leggings and a $24 tank top. Once I finished paying the clerk told me these items are final sale and not exchangeable. There is no sign in front or on the item describing them as a final sale. I bought them thinking I could try them on and return them if they are the wrong size

Fine thrift store, books are really cheap here, clothing selection is meh/ok with ok pricing. Stock doesn't move very fast and is on the low end of quality, for some reason seems like it all comes from low-income areas despite being right on lonsdale. The salvarm in Mt pleasant has much better stock and lower prices. Never had a problem with the staff like other reviews, they ring me through and smile, always polite.

Terrible management! I bought a cooking appliance here for $40 and they said it was not returnable. I assumed it was in good condition if they were selling it so I bought it. It turned out to be inoperable! When I went back to talk to them about it, they said they don’t check the appliances to see if it has all the parts and is functional!!! So why are they selling them with a non-returnable policy. The management is rude and simply just repeats how they don’t take it back.

Rude staff that prefer to chit chat than serve customers at the till. Incredibly overpriced items... almost as bad as value village. Used puzzle for $15,00. I can but new for about the same price. And a used puzzle for $6.99 that had a $4.99 tag. Avoid this thrift store as there are better ones.
