Tanner was excellent. We looked at so many houses, and changed our minds about direction we wanted to take. He was patient and accommodating. He helped us find the right home. Not just any home. Initially found Tanner on the internet as his marketing saw his name repeatedly come up when searching a particular property.I listed a condo in Windsor Estates with Tanner after a competitive brokerage’s listing expired. Tanner followed up on every showing, communicates well was very easy to deal with.With no hesitation i would recommend Tanner to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We were immediately impressed with Tanner’s knowledge of the market and his patience as viewed numerous houses searching for the one that met our needs. Tanner set us up with a great program that searched for what we wanted and only showed us houses that met our criteria. When we saw a house that appeared to have what we were searching for, Tanner was always very quick on getting us in to see it. He responded to texts promptly and got answers for us from the listing realtors, usually within a couple hours. Despite the numerous showings, Tanner always remained jovial and quick witted, responding with humour and making each showing a fun experience. Tanner listened to what we wanted and when THE ONE came on the market, he had us inside it before the first day had passed. In addition to helping us finally find the perfect home for us, Tanner put us in touch with several professionals in the community, making the inspection, insuring and purchase go very smoothly. After buying and selling numerous homes in the past, I can honestly say that Tanner is top notch in comparison and a treat to work with. We’ve recommended Tanner to friends and relatives and he’ll be the first person we call when we decide to sell in future.

Tanner made buying and selling so much fun and pain free! He was incredibly quick to respond (even when we texted him at 9 pm!) and stayed on top of everything we needed for our sale and purchase, even though it was a busy real estate season! I would highly recommend him to anyone, first time buyers or 9th! Aside from being an excellent real estate agent, he was also warm and inviting and never once made us feel insignificant.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanner Hawryluk when looking for my acreage.
