I have a maxx bathtub spa in the bathroom that stopped working just before February of this year. With covoid we couldnt go to our regular gym and use the hot tub there so we decided to fix the one at home. I phoned all kinds of people incliuding the maxx people and no one would return calls, or where very helpful. Then I found Steves number and he returned calls right away, showed up on time a fixed the whirlpool so that we were able to use this now. He is clean efficient and very professional wearing a mask at all times. I have no problem giving this guy a great review.

Steve McCoy is THE guy to call for your hot tub and spa repair needs in the GTA. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable - Steve will be able to help you out! My hot tub was 15 years neglected, jets popping off, motor died, etc. Rough shape. Steve was able to repair the motor, repair jets, and get the tub back into like-new shape. I was super impressed with his skill and friendly demeanor while he worked. His labour rate is fair, especially considering the skill, speed, parts on site, and repair ability that he offers. I highly recommend Steve.

I was looking for a jacuzzi bathtub specialist/expert to make repairs following a home inspection for the sale of our house. As other reviews confirm, Steve is the expert. His knowledge of our 10-year-old model was incredible. Also, his troubleshooting ability located and made the repair quickly on our hand-held shower wand, and he fully tested all functions of the jacuzzi to ensure they worked properly. Steve had on-hand a cleaning agent that removed residue in jets, which was a plus. Important to note is that Steve is very personable and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Steve for any repairs or challenges you have.

I had the best and easiest experience with McCoy Bathtub and Spa repair. The blower on my MAXX jacuzzi bathtub was broken and Steven came promptly to get it fixed. I actually got his contact info from MAXX directly, he's one of their approved technicians, that's just to testify how knowledgeable he is. I would definitely recommend McCoy to others in my community group.

I came to know Steven through a contractor doing bathroom renovations (Gala Kitchen & Baths). There was a rather large gash at the bottom of our bathtub. Steven came in, spending about 4 hours to fix it and make the appearance as close to the original as possible. You can see from the photo he did a great job with it.Steven was courteous when we first met e.g. asking about wearing his shoes, and communicated what he would be doing. He cleaned up, walked me through the completed job, and provided good instructions on follow-up e.g. leave tape on, smell will clear in about an hour.I do realize Steven's expertise in in whirlpool and spa repair, but he would also be great for regular bathtub repair.
