While dealing with a nightmare of an issue, this company was an absolute saviour for us. From Katie at the office to Mike and Eric, everyone we dealt with was professional, thorough, patient and understanding with our issue. Not to mention that your prices were very reasonable. We cannot stress how important it was to have a legit company with expertise, and most importantly, compassion to get us through it. We are gonna have Canadian Pest Solutions spray our residential property for the third year in a row. Very happy with the package that they provide. We were new to this house the first year that we had them come out and it appeared as though the previous owners had no program in place. They come out 2 extra times at no charge in between the regular schedule to take care of the bugs, which they said is common in some years.They call ahead of time to schedule depending on the weather, which is great because I would never remember to call them at the appropriate time. Always very accommodating to our schedule which is great!

We had an ant problem in a second floor master bathroom. DYI solutions weren't stopping their entry. Katie was very helpful with tips to try while we prepped for a complete interior and exterior treatment. Mike arrived and explained the timeline for the ants to be eliminated and he was right on target. A massive kill appeared in the garage and shortly afterward no more ants. Never noticed any evidence they were coming from there. Spiders and crickets also were also taken care of too. Bonus! The knowledge and experience of Canadian Pest Solutions is greatly appreciated. Every summer I have the driveway of my house in Sarnia sprayed for ants. They also spray around every outside window, deck, gazebo and the shed for spiders. I have used this company as well for mice problems. They came quickly to fix it. And came back a few months later to check on the situation. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They have reasonable prices. I recommend them.
