We requested a tow through AMA on Thursday, January 26, 2023; I was informed that I would have my vehicle to the mechanic shop by Friday, January 27, 2023. Then I received a call from these guys saying they could only deliver the vehicle on Monday, January 30, 2023, and that it is 50-50. and these guys were contacted through AMA. I had a guy named Shawn from Prairies Roadside Assistance drop off the car at the mechanic shop of my choice. When the mechanics informed the tow guy to drop the vehicle in the designated parking stalls, the driver SHAWN, told me to deal with it."On top of that

Needed my car boosted. I have road side assistance and they sent a truck from Prairie Custom. I got a call from the driver checking on what service he needed to provide and to let me know how long he was going to be. He was there and had my car running in under 20 mins. Fast and professional service. Driver was friendly even though it was late in the evening and the weather was not the best.Highly recommend if you need help in the Brooks area.
