We've dealt with Echo Promotions on many Staff Appreciation Day initiatives over the years. Some requests have been very challenging with short timelines or last minute additions, whatever we threw at the Echo team, they've delivered. Whether is was Jason, now Alex, we've always received great service and more importantly, on-time delivery on our orders. Although on-time delivery sounds quite standard, it is most definitely not.
