It's engaging -- The business case/simulation has just the right amount of intensity that forces you into your emotional intelligence in its high pressure, high risk, in NEED of high reward 'very real' challenge -- That intensity is necessary realism. You're a leader trying to calm and organize yourself and your team into making choices, right or wrong choices... You learn as much from the wrong choices as you do the right ones, in this safe space -- in effect teaching/absorbing the criticality of active change management, in this case 'the change theory.'

Tremendously empowering communication/problem solving strategies; made vastly more valuable by the outstanding qualities of our teacher, Mrs. Lattimer, and my wonderful fellow contributing classmates. Enormously enjoyable and valuable experience.

I contracted ExperiencePoint to provide the ExperienceChange program to the leadership team across my organization. Vishal Bhatia was our facilitator and did an amazing job. His presentation and facilitation skills were fantastic and he kept the group engaged for the entire 8-hr session. They loved it! We have been a partner with Experience Point for over two decades and have utilized their Change Management (Global Tech) simulation within our organization - to all levels - from our Board to Shop floor. The concepts, the software, the simulation, the support, the materials, (the help for dummies hotline..for me) have continued our engagement. I am a University Professor in the CU Business School - I have taught Leading Organziation Change courses for both Graduate and Undergrad students for the past 15 years - I have used the Experience Change Simulation over 40 times with approximately 360 to 400 teams of 8+ students each. The Simulation is part of there Course Project with a large portion of their course grade.In all those experiences, I have had excellent learning, fully engagement, strong results, and most important of all just excellent feedback as to the value of the simulation exercise.I used the simulation in both live and on-line classes and have had great success with both.The Experience Point professionals that have supported me over the years have been excellent - very responsive and highly competent. I could not be more pleased with the relationship.Of course no simulation is ever as good as a real world live experience, but the Experience Change Simulation does provide significant experiences that tie very closely to real world experience.
