Party of 8 with 2 kids a baby. Long half booth provided with ample space to socialize. Was comfortable. They rescheduled our reso 3 times pleasantly due to weather etc. welcomed happily. Service was good (not exceptional- I.e apps came before drinks). But everyone was pleased with the food quality. Salmon tasted fresh and was cooked perfectly. Kids meal salmon option is a welcomed change from the usuals. Everything went well and we would happily return.

Delicious food, with even better service. Been to many restaurants which had good food but mediocre service and didn’t enjoy it. I think Alicia’s leadership and Jason’s friendly, responsive and very proactive approach have elevated our dinner experience to an exceptional level.Once they knew we preferred halal options, they gave us a separate menu. Food was delicious and served quite quickly.The coordination between the staff was something you rarely see. We told Alicia about our preference to make three alterations to a dish and when Jason came to take our order, he already knew about our preferences.Will definitely come here again.

I had to write this review because this location deserves a round of applause! As an ex-chef I really appreciate when I find a restaurant that does all of them simple things right. Every single time I come here with my Wife and I we always receive the absolute best customer service. The food is at the table in a timely manner but not at the cost of great quality and temperature. The flavors are always vibrant and fresh. In addition the atmosphere is very unique. On the left you get an open patio vibe with a nice breeze and on the left and much more intimate dining experience, great for a date night. Let's talk, the staff.... simply incredible! All of my visits, the staff have been very friendly, efficient and they seem genuinely happy to be working there, which shows in all aspects of the experience. If you are looking for a great place to go with the family or just need a quiet seat for a romantic date night, this place won't disappoint. Thanks and keep up the great work!

In addition to the amazing food, we had fantastic service by none other than Diana. Her service was exceptional, and she was incredibly sociable. She gave us great recommendations, and checked up on our table the perfect amount of times. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great night out. 10/10

While the food was enjoyable, it is unfortunate that I had an unfavorable experience with the staff.Their attitudes were unbelievably negative and their behavior came across as aggressive.I would only recommend this place if you’re feeling hungry and in need of a meal, but I do not suggest it for any group activities due to the staff’s demeanor.

It's our 1st time dining at Milestones Restaurant at Heartland and definitely not the last one. All the staffs were very nice from the moment we went in. Diana was the lovely staff that assisted and gave us a pleasurable dining experience. All the meals & drink we ordered were superb and had to take home the complimentary dessert(birthday) because we already have a full stomach. All their signature dish & dessert are worth trying. Thank you Milestones! See you again soon.

Went here for a friend’s birthday and we had to wait 1.5 hours just to get our food!The waiter was very rushed and overlooked our table quite a bit, however due to the long wait they did offer us a free appetizer. Their bang bang shrimp was amazing! For dinner we tried most of their halal menu items and they were just okay. The cheesecake was also very fresh and yummy!

I can't wait to go back to this location because the service and food was delightful. We ordered the chicken Parm and a steak dinner and both were really good. We also ordered some lettuce chicken wraps as appetizers and they were also delicious. The ambiance is on point. The best part of our experience was how educated and helpful the staff were about the halal food. They knew every detail about the meats, sauces, etc. that fit our halal requests and I'm sure they're well versed on other dietary requirements as well. Great job!

Me and mum were in the area looking for Halal steak and we decided to visit Milestone as they have recently introduced a halal menu.We ordered their 16oz. Rib steak and Sweetand Chilli sesame Chicken.We ordered steak to be well done which was cooked to perfection, it was tender and juicy and in perfect portions. I would only suggest adding herbs or spices and extra butter to mashed potatoes as it will bring so much flavor to it.My chicken entree was perfect as well, it my go-to order every time I visit them, it comea with rice, crispy fried chicken, sweet and chilly sauce which adds perfect heat to your taste buds.We also got their mocktails and drinks were very refreshing.Service was excellent as always, keep up the great work guys.

Second time coming here after 9 months!Great service, especially with our large party of 19 for a Sunday brunch (triple birthday celebration) - thank goodness it wasn't as busy (but it eventually did around lunch time)! Appreciate the attentiveness of the manager on duty and their staff!Food is always great here. And everytime I order something new, I want to create it at home (see Chicken and Waffles - shown in picture)!*Reservation is a recommended***Having a bit of patience and understanding goes a long way, especially if it's near a holiday/special day (Mother's/Father's Day etc.)
