We found JLT Custom Woodcraft on Internet - and it was a lucky find. There are two things about Matt: he knows his craft, and he cares about his work. The results of our kitchen remodeling are excellent. And one more thing: if Matt says he would come at 8:30, he does arrive at 8:30. Precision is the politeness of the kings! Matt completed a kitchen and bathroom renovation for us in 2021. It required numerous custom pieces that were built to accommodate existing walls and windows. The quality is superb. We continue to receive compliments and requests for our cabinet maker’s name. If you are looking for a cabinetry, you will not be disappointed with Matt. I loved his work so much that we also had Matt make a custom mantle and walk in closer for us!

Matt was recommended to me from a local mom living in the tricities. At first, I was a bit skeptical as he isn't located in the city - he's in West Kelowna. However, after talking to him on the phone and through our email correspondence, my mind was set at ease. He came to my home in Coquitlam to see what I had in mind and provided wonderful recommendations. The whole process was very easy and fast - from my first initial conversation with Matt, everything was done within 1.5 months! When Matt was here doing the actual install - he was very punctual and very thorough! He took his time and did not rush the job to make sure it looked perfect and that we are happy. I am sure the job I had for him (he did not say but we are sure that once he got down to it) was a bit trickier then he had thought when he got down to it! Matt was very professional and we would most definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing work done!
