I’ve used European House for both my clients and personal purchases. John is always professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The selection runs the range of modern, contemporary and classic. There were many large design jobs for model homes and if there was ever a problem, John made sure to rectify it immediately. He’s awesome and I enjoyed working with him over the years.

I am extremely pleased with my furniture. I custom made my couch and bed and it came exactly as i expected. John was also extremely accommodating with delivery. Delivery was smooth and fast and they assembled everything for us.I would recommend and would definitely go back when looking for more pieces!

Been meaning to write this review for a while but have been too busy. Steer clear of this place. We purchased an expensive bed/mattress. John assured us we’d get a better quality mattress than what was on display in the showroom. We were stupid for not getting the make etc written down on the invoice. When it was delivered we realized it wasn’t the mattress we had ordered and of course no recourse was available. You’ve been warned about this dodgy business.

John, the owner of this store is truly fantastic to deal with and above all he is a gentleman of his word, which is worth more than a pound of gold to me.Item as described and brand new, delivery as promised with skill and confidence.His team totally failed to put a single dent or any damages to my home during delivery. They were fully equipped.Many thanks to the Sales Lady in the store who knew exactly what my wife wanted and she took no more than 5 minutes to finish up our payment at the store.Will not hesitate to buy again.

I bought two couches from John - a sectional from decor rest that we custom ordered and a beautiful floor model couch (we customized the legs). John is a man of his word, full of integrity and fair prices! I’ll get inspiration from other places and always check to see what he can do!

My wife accidentally popped in the store n called me to tell they have good furniture, honestly, after reading some negative reviews here was very hesitant but anyways decided to pass by a few days later to see the stuff, spoke with John and was just amazed with his knowledge and ideas like a pro (this was even after paying big bucks to a designer from a top west end custom retailer were I had a zero value addition experience except for floor plans), he dispelled my fears during our conversation and never asked my contact details or push me with today only deals".went through gruelling sessions thereafter with all of his patience and ended up placing a really big order.He even got himself and his designer Roger visit our home. Got us fantastic deals n bargains while cautioning us against making any wrong decisions to save a few dollars at the cost of quality. He kept us updated on delivery status until final delivery with a call back once delivery was completed n his team is as fabulous as him with overall service experience. He shall remain my furniture expert for many more years to come....... way to go John and European House Furniture team....... highly recommended buy with confidence"

My experience with this organisation was not pleasant. They never honoured the committment and contractual obligation. More disappointing on reading reviews that the person we spoke to is John who said he is not the owner. Based on reviews he is. So why the denial? If he is, why not be truthful?We always try to shop with smaller organisations, this does not help.
