Damn. Beautiful building. Beautiful rooms and apartments. Weird placement and jard to locate so far but overall a beautiful place ro rent in, especially for students!

Since 2021 The Peterson is trash!No management at all!They said they have a 24 hrs concierge but this guys are not even capable to chage a ligthbulb,they can even speak englis properly and whateber you ask them they know nothing! they are only capable to open a door and give parcels. this gus are not conciegre they are doormans! secretary! or reception guy but no concierges!The guy at night is a over-powertrip he thinks he's important is the only achivement he did in he's lilfe !

Management is terribly incompetent and everything is cheaply done. The paint they use in the units is really cheap, the walls are really thin, and the floors chip easily.

I agree with what most of the reviews say, Beautiful building but the concierge at the front desk act like they are the police. We pay a premium to live here and are treated rudely and policed like we are about to wreck the building.

Building looks nice but in reality, it is poorly managed, party-room is in a bad location, the gym is mediocre, walls and ceilings are super thin, when your neighbour cooks you can sometimes smell it in your unit, and the street is disgusting and full of garbage. Yes, the concierge is tough but they have to be, since the building is full of entitled students.

one star is too generous since there's no option to give 0. the reservation fee for move in is ridiculous. we paid 400 and couldnt use the elevator because it was booked for other people at the same time. what kind of thing it is？ also the managers are being rude and disrespectful. called her and she hanged me up before i finished my sentence. unacceptable

Nice building with lots of potentials but they should work on their management starting at the concierge. Boy do they police everyone going in like that? Catch up with your neighbours Le Peterson. Not cool

fire alarm ringing every morning

Water leaks from the bathroom. Every time after I took a shower, it looks like a flood.The manager is extremely annoying, the concierge kept the residents’ parcels but still got my parcel lost. When I went there for my parcel almost five times, (said delivered according to Amazon) they told me no parcel. And several days later, they told me that my parcel has been kept by them for such a long time that they are going to charge me! And that parcel was opened before I got it!When I ask the manager who opened it, she said rudely “I DO NOT KNOW” Throwing all packages in the front yard will be even better than keeping the parcels by her staffs. Sometimes the guards were there but my order of delivery was still stolen.If I have even a penny, I would rather throw away than giving it to her.Worst experience. Really disappointing.

Beautiful building but the concierge at the front desk act like they are the police, visiting my friend is like going to visit in prison where you have to log in and log out when you enter the building.
