They have been amazing to my two kitties both times we have brought them in. They give them so much attention and love. They are always stressed to go because of new smells but the most recent time I think my boy was sad to leave he had so much fun. Will definitely send again.

Left our 5 month old kitten in their care as we did not plan our life out perfectly around adopting the new kitty. Being new cat parents we didn't know you had to book cat hotels 6 months in advance. But they were totally understanding of our predicament and found a place for our kitty without issue.Being new cat parents we were a bit worried so we called daily for check-ins but the staff was fully understanding and even though they had a couple dozen cats they knew which cat was ours as soon as we said our name.Kitty got fed well, exercised, and a spacious catpartment for her to stay in while she was there.Our cat gets very anxious if her water goes missing (ie for a refill) so they even brought her water outside while she had playtime!!!All in all we are very happy with the care they gave our kitty and will absolutely use their service again if and when required.

Recently boarded our dog here for 5 days. He was taken care of well and came back healthy and happy! Will be returning!Thanks all for taking good care of him!

We took our dog here after booking a last minute getaway just after Christmas as our usual kennel was full during the busy season. I had mixed feelings leaving him here due to the mixed reviews & in the end, I should have taken him somewhere else. They don’t post photos of their facility on the website and now I know why. When you drive up, the property is super dumpy looking. The facility itself is run down, has a puppy mill type of vibe & smells really bad. I know, it’s a pet facility but compared to other kennels we have been to, they do not smell like this place did. Our dog stunk so bad when we picked him up, we immediately had to bathe him after getting home from our trip. When checking out I asked how exercise/playtime time went & the girl told me she took him out twice per day, said he would “just stand there”. Seemed like no effort was made to try and exercise or play with him even though their website states “Unique and exclusive private quarters for small dogs, Exercised 3 times a day in large individual yards”. My poor pup. Our usual kennel includes 4 exercise play times in the price & my dog always runs around & has fun with the other pups his size. So this place definitely didn’t make any effort and then tried to blame my dog for it. Bad vibes!

This place is so friendly and caring. With a new move with some unexpected hiccups, our two cats ended up staying longer than anticipated. My boys were warm, comfy, and well cared for. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend if you need a safe caring place for your fur family while your'e away.

PLEASE LISTEN. Steer clear from this place. I sent my two 1 year old dogs there, I got them back weighing much much less, shaking and the people there did not care. I've read many reviews and have found this place is.. horrible to say the least. My male used to weigh 130, now he weighs around 95 to 105. (Its been a couple days) and although bad we were alright with this as we could get them back to health. But when I found out people had lost their beloved animals because of the horrible care here, I was shocked and disgusting. Even if you have to go out of your way, please look out for your pet and go somewhere more trustable, for the price it's crazy. These people were paid to look after these animals and were careless enough to let them pass in their care. I hope they get shut down or atleast get it together. I will not be coming here again and I hope none of you will too.

We have been using Parkland Kennels for a few months now and very satisfied with them! They take excellent care of our two pups while we are away. Nice outdoor private runs for the dogs to have a play in. You can really tell the staff have a genuine love of dogs. Thanks for taking such great care of our two!

We’ve taken “Kitty” in for a second time for his cat shave, they’re very friendly, do a great job, my cats in a good mood when I come back. Always a great experience!

Our pups always have an amazing time here. They always get excited going there and always come home tired from their play times. The staff are super friendly and made us more comfortable as we were hesitant to try a new place the first time we dropped them off. Definitely recommend.
