If I could give a Zero, I would. This place is absolute garbage I do not even know what's worse. The service is absolutely terrible they take so long to do a simple task. So rude. I get you deal with hard to manage people but if someone is being nice to you take it tf. And why are they tossing your food onto ledge that is so impolite and not how you treat food. Their attitude is insane, like say you hate your job without saying it. But the food, oh my god. I ordered a bagel, and they messed that up. Not toasted properly, not the right kind. How are you going to take 10 minutes to make a bagel when I am the only one there and still get it wrong. Even the coffee. I thought this was supposed to be fast food. And the atmosphere is disgusting. I saw giant beetles, flies, ants crawling all over the place I was repulsed. And the doughnuts and cookies do not look fresh they look 3 days old. Also how they taste. Overall the worst experience I had at a Tim Hortan's ever I would recommend the Walmart one but I do not want everyone crowding up that place.

Staff named Harpreet refused to put in my order the way i wanted it to get my points on the app. She was blaming the manangment and the world. When i confronted her to do it on the drive thru window. She magicly said her scanner wasent working ans gave me more attitude. I would drive to any other location but this one. 2 times now this lcoation been rude and unprofesional.

I wish I can give zero , the girl saying she is manager it’s Tuesday 2:40 pm shift. She is Indian, Worst attitude. Coffee was leaking I asked to change it. Another girl take my coffee back and was giving me same coffee in another cup. When I asked her to make an another coffee so called Manager girl saying we are not here to makes an another coffee. Huge arguments blaming me , When I said don’t know the customer service. Overheard she said she is Manager and know what’s the customer services. There was looking a gentleman everything he came and said them they need to be apologized. But the Manager Lady attitude high in the sky. Worst worsted.

This location has Tim Hortons and Wendy’s. the kids had ice cream and adults had hot drinks. It was clean and spacious especially after going to playdium. Their washrooms was noticeably cleaner than most Tim Hortons I’ve been to. Just wanted to thank the staff for being friendly and keeping the location clean.

Stay away from this place. Two days in one week their so-called scanner is down and you don’t get roll up. They were rude and didn’t offer any sort of resolution to the issue. Then a few weeks before that, they gave me the wrong muffin and when I asked for the muffin I had ordered they proceeded to charge me for it as a separate order. Communication is clearly and issue along with all of their technical issues.

At around 4:45 pm today I go to get a coffee and I didn’t knew it was going to be nightmare in the name of customer service. The girl working was so rude that it made me realize that I am not going into this Tim Hortons anymore. Questions not being answered in normal tone, they get frustrated when we inform them that mode of payment is going to be different than just a tap. We go out to get our coffee for refreshment and not the toxicity we face in the name of customer service.

They couldn't get the order right. We had to go back 3 times to correct the order. Messed up everything. Service was slow almost to a crawl. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for a bagel and wedges. Restaurant tables seemed as though they hadn't been wiped down in a long time. Gross! Not what I expected by going to Tim's.

Today, we went to this Tim hortons @4:40 pm. My husband ordered Large Ice-Cap with extra cream but the Tim hortons team member gave him large ice coffee instead of ice cap. When he told that girl that we ordered ice cap, not ice coffee, then she was very rude to him and said that “YOU ORDERED ICE COFFE”…Like, seriously? What she think? We don’t know what we ordered, right? Just to let you know that we pay for our food & drink , we were not there for free food. If you charged money from us, give us what we ordered, instead of what you want to give.Also, try to be respectful with your customers.Very disappointing & poor customer service...

As we all know Tim comes with customer service within its quality! HOWEVER, This place isn’t having either of it! Asked for creamy chocolate chill which was very liquidy and not as thick as it always is. I asked to change it they put extra cream on it and said its so busy so can’t be replaced. With their rude behaviour I recommend not to go there at all. They doesn’t care about customer I believe, manager is rude.

Not great with providing regular Tim Hortons quality food. My bagel had to be made twice, it wasn’t toasted at all when I asked for double toasted. Then my second bagel looks like it got completely carelessly made. This is absolutely ridiculous, I can’t believe people do this. My coffee was alright.
