This is a typical Dairy Queen. The ice cream is cold, slightly expensive, and quite sweet. When you want a cold surgery treat and don't want to buy a whole tub of ice cream, this is a good place to go.

My family and I often go there to get ice cream throughout the year. While it is not the best ice cream around, it is consistently good and well-received by my children. And their favourite is always the blizzards although even the regular cones are liked. While we have not really tried much of the chicken and food, the fee times we have had it was decent.

The banana split was delicious.however the spoon was too sharp.it was cutting into my lips.And the bathroom doors should have had bathroom written on them .could have been a storage place.And when I was leaving the bathroom I couldn't get the door open .it felt like there was a suction on it.

Multiple times they have made several errors with our orders. Charging double for items, giving wrong blizzards, etc. Drive through never gets the order right. Other locations are much more consistent than this one!

Food is not fresh cooked in the evenings. Ask for fresh food every time you order. I found that staff tend to clown around and not take their employment seriously.

I went to Dairy Queen 672 TOPSAIL RD in St. John's, NL today. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and a crispy chicken meal with onion rings instead of fries. I specifically requested fresh patties for the burger. When I opened the bag at home, I was taken aback. The patties on the cheeseburger were terrible and definitely not fresh. The chicken burger wasn't fit to eat. I also got fries instead of the onion rings I ordered. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and explained my issue. His response was that all food is only cooked to order so the patties and the chicken burger could not be dried up. Oh, he did say I could come back and they would replace the onion rings. Unreal!

Clean, well maintained with friend staff. Food met the expectations of DQ.Washroom location not clearly designated...no signage? Small but clean and necessities were available. However, no touch options were not available as is the case in most establishments these days.
