Mississauga Diving

Many years ago myself and 4 buddies rented equipment for a weekend of diving. When we got to our location we were missing a BC. Obviously 1 guy had to sit out on every dive. When I got back to the shop I told Todd Jr. (the owner) that I didn't use one set of gear because he didn't give us enough equipment. He said that was our fault, not his, and refused to refund us for his mistake. His horrible customer service has cost him a lot of cash, since then I have spent well over $20,000 at other dive shops in Etobicoke and Oakville, he will never see another penny of my money. It's so easy to give good customer service, but not for this place. If you want a recommendations for amazing dive shops that are close by, look at Dive World on Lakeshore near Kipling or The Dive Academy in Oakville. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from those shops. There is a reason Mississauga Diving" has changed names so many times over the years."

Hands down the best decision ever especially with the amount of traveling I do. Signed up with my best friend and were having an amazing time. Hands on instructions from Dive Master Todd. Materila is well presented and meeting new people that share the same desire I do. In pool instructions are hands on with 4 other instructors in the pool with ya ready to show and help us long the way. Definitely would recommend this to those who love to travel and want to experience the underwater world. Thanks so much guys..

I did the Padi open water certification here. Todd is super friendly. He did a really good job making it easy and explaining things in the pool. He also helped us pick out equipment as well.

Signed up for the dive course and just completed day one. Todd and his crew did an amazing job at making it interesting and comfortable. Did some diving as well on the first and was great. Highly recommend doing this.

Dive Aqua and Mississauga Scuba are run by the same people. I had rented a couple of diving gear from this place for certification. The person manning this place is NOT responsive at all by email. They never return calls to verify certification dive schedules. When we showed up to collect the gear, the young man said we are not on schedule and he's out of gear. He is associated with Todd Shannon who is the dive master. Todd and Steve's dive instructions are decent but the store keeper at Mississauga Diving is not a decent person. The young man manning the rental is very disrespectful and downright rude. With that, I would recommend avoiding this business.

Had a great time to get my open water certification instructors were absolutely the best , Todd, Chris and Amber made the entire experience extremely enjoyable . Overall had a superb time

My bf and I did our open water dive certification last October, and became confident divers! We base our travels around scuba diving now! We are doing our advanced diving and rescue diving certificates in the next month! Great experience!

I cannot say enough good things about DiveAqua, Aqua Systems and Missiauga Diving - truly the dream team! After booking a last minute trip to Australia determined to dive the Great Barrier Reef, this incredible team of PADI professionals ensured I got my PADI certification in the middle of March. The in-class instructions, pool swims and open water dives in Lake Ontario were completed in record time with no hassles - I could not believe it. The group was a ton of fun, very personal, very informative and made me comfortable at every step of the way! I would highly recommend this place and would like to especially thank Todd Shannon for being so helpful, informative and flexible. See you when I am back for my advance certification :)
