Mike's NOFRILLS Port Dover
A $5.00 difference in infant formula between No Frills and Wal-Mart. Called No Frills and was told they would price match, however, when I took in product and receipts, they refused to refund the difference, as it was not a “flyer item”. Returned the purchase to No Frills ( 4 boxes ) and bought at Wal-Mart. No Frills is getting this review over a refund of $20.00 and the loss of a customer. FYI, formula was $52.00 in January and is now $65.99. Every penny counts when you have a sick infant.

Good prices , lots of employees working. Only complaint is that they should maybe put a limit on how many items you can purchase when they have sales, it seems like every time they have a sale they are out of stock on the sale item.

It's a no-frills. Friendly and helpful staff, low prices on your every day groceries. Like most budget groceries stores you may not want to buy your meat here unless you really know what to look for in good meat.

Mike's NOFRILLS Port Dover
This No Frills provides adequate access to the staples. It is a small store, so not very much variety, but the fruit and veggies were good quality and there were some sales. However, there were no boxes available so we were forced to buy bags and there was only one cashier so the checkout line was VERY long. I would shop here again if I needed something and had no time to go to Simcoe, but I would not do my big shop here.

Hard to believe this is a No-Frills store. I’m not local to Port Dover, but whenever I’m in the vicinity, I make it a point to go produce shopping. They have a great selection, always fresh, and of course great prices. The staff is friendly and helpful if there’s anything that you need. Excellent parking lot, great lighting, super clean, well stocked.

I shop here often and the produce has become less than desirable. The lettuce is wilting and the clementines taste like cardboard, just for an example. Some of the staff are very helpful, others not so much. Seems like it would be a great place to work but some of the employees seem unhappy. At this time of year they need packers, especially for the elderly. Most people have very large orders at this time of year and the time taken to pack your own groceries will only lead to increased long lines.

Nice place to shop, very friendly and helpful staff.I want to tell you about Hayden , excellent customer service. Could not find the ice cream I needed, but he made it happen! Went to the back and searched until he found it. He's definitely a keeper!
