We put our house for sale through ComFree. The agent from REMAX called us to show the house to their buyer. The buyer loved it and made an offer. We accepted. The buyer was given 30 days conditional to do all their homework (inspection, financial etc.). We asked their agent if the buyer had been preapproved. She said yes and added they shouldn't be shopping around if they hadn't. The closing date was set for March 31. The buyer comes to our door to tell us she doesn't have enough money 5 days before closing. In the meantime we bought a house! She extended her closing date to April 20th. Yesterday her agent sent a message she couldn't close the deal! This has been going on since December 2016, together the time with offers, condition....! Our deal with a house we bought is now also not possible. We are very meticulous, careful but unfortunately when surrounded with bunch of irresponsible (referring to the buyer), not professional, inexperienced, not knowledgeable at all in their field, lack of communication, listening (referring to everyone else involved in this mess) no matter how much research you do for your own good it is useless! When we asked our lawyer should we go and look for the house after all the conditios have been waived we were advised, of course yes, everybody does that! Yes, so did we! Don't listen to anyone and follow your guts. Sorry for such a long post but this was just a shorter version.

Worst experience I've had from any brokerage that I've done business with.....VERY shady

Terrible experience from start to finish. Wouldn't wish the experience we had on our worst enemy. Real estate agent and lawyer they suggested were on the other side of the deal. Scammed us out of our property for a single mother in need" turned out they just wanted it for cheap to turn around and flip it. Felt totally on our own. Lesson learned. Watch who you trust."

We had an excellent experience with Yifei Lin and his team. Our house was assessed, staged and sold within 2 weeks - in the middle of winter. They are a professional, upbeat team that we highly recommend.

A few small town minded two faced silly realtors here. They bad mouth each other and other realtors only to get you to sign up with them making you believe they’ll get you the most for your home. It’s all lies! Everyone knows! They’ll take months then reduce your house price with some BS explanation about the market change. When in realty many realtors and brokers across many cities from other brokerages do not want to deal with these ppl from garden city due to there dirty back ended deals, silly office politics and bad reputation!Beware! the broker Wayne QUAK owes a lot of money to many creditors and he’s looking to sell the brokerage and run!

Josh Holland is a professional through and through. He took very good care of me when I bought my house. His relaxed but gets-the-job-done personality makes him fun to deal with and he fights to get you what you want.He was willing to arrange viewings and was responsive when I wanted to look at a place.He lways came prepared with infomation about the listing too, which was super helpful. I'd use him again in a heart beat.Thanks again Josh!!

Yes I agree SCAMMERSThe guy Terence Davids we came across is a con artist. He is so full of himself, showing around a house is an act of modelling/acting for him. He cares for his commission only. Period!!!What a bad experience, would not recommend to my enemies. Please find someone with brains heart and soul they are only flesh!

Poor service! Sandra the front desk receptionist does Not know how to properly handle a phone call. I asked if the brokerage was willing to list my property and she gave me a bad attitude as if they already have enough properties listed. I asked if I can be transferred to the manager and she hung up on me. Your brokerage doesn’t look very pleasant with this type of attitude.

Mr. Zavarella was a complete joy to deal with. This young man was clearly there to provide a quality service that goes over looked, yet is required. It was evident it wasn't about the amount of sold's, or bragging rights, he's in it for you.I had never dealt with remax before and it's not likely I'lld need another real estate agent in my life. I understand Michael is involved with many companies and has had major success with them however, he is not your typical realtor. Putting their business, their sales and their ego first. It's more than refreshing to see a genuine realtor that's without a doubt in a league of his own. A true cut above the rest.Definitely get in touch with him.Jerry

I have never used a real estate agent before and I was so impressed with Bill the first time I met him.I had to sell my dads house when he passed away. It was an extremely emotional time for me and my sisters. Bill was so supportive and helpful. I would recommend him to everyone. And we got way more for the house than we expected. 5 stars plus
