The worst experience for my Homedepot delivery. Refused to move the old fridge and connect the new one. Two delivery guy won't help and ask me to call Homedepot to install it.

They did delvery for appliance by HomeDepot. The dilvery person name was Joe, Coustmer service and communication was very poor, Did not listen to my problem, We sechuled the dilvey of refrigerator and Haul way for stove from main floor to basement. We paid for both services. They only dilvered the refrigerator and did not complete the haul way for stove and mentioned, it is not part of their order. Whole process was very unpleasant and scratched the side wall as well.

It's an industrial shipping Warehouse run by two different companies one rents half the warehouse the other one is out of the front door which is a courier company

Ignore pickup instructions. Always late to pickup Cargo with no calls to advise when a pickup has to be later or cancelled. They just make you wait. Poor communication.

My experience. Geeted by very polite and freindly lady in the check in trailer.Unloaded 19 skids off my trailer in 30 minutes. Guys on the dock were cool. Its a laid back place to deliver to. Kind of refreshing. Be diligent in this yard lots of tight docks and lot of shunting going on.Great experience.
