Don V. recently completed my annual maintenance for furnace and air conditioner. One part was updated on my air conditioner. He was efficient, professional and respectful while completing and explaining all work. Great job Don!

We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Haven Home ClimateCare in Kingston. We recently purchased a gas insert that Haven installed. We also had the surrounding masonary fireplace dismantled and rebuilt by Gilberto. From our first visit to the Haven showroom, then working with Don on selecting the appropriate unit for our needs, and then through the installation we have experienced exceptional service. This morning two Haven technicians (Andrew and Aaron) were here to fix a small problem that was discovered when Ryan recently did the final inspection. We have been impressed with all aspects of the work - people came when they said they would, everyone was skilled, professional and pleasant, willing to explain what they were doing and answer any questions, and fastidious in leaving everything tidy and clean. We were particularly impressed with Ryan, Andrew and Aaron who came up with an innovative and very neat solution to a small problem that arose due the masonary rebuild after the insert was installed. Based on the work completed for us, we would highly recommend Haven. Although Gilberto does not work directly for Haven we were also exceptionally pleased with the fireplace rebuild and would certainly recommend Gilberto to anyone looking for the services of a highly skilled mason.

Aaron and Andrew were terrific. Punctual, professional and experts in their field. They installed a new direct heating gas water heater. They sat us both down and showed us how the system worked when they were done. They cleaned everything up before they left. Positive and professional. So nice to be working with such efficiency when the whole neighbourhood had been flooded. Incredible to have a warm bath after a week of no hot water! You forget how important hot water is! Today we had a wood stove installed by Aaron and Matt and I could not be happier! They were amazing! They rolled with the punches as they overcame each hurdle! Aaron saved the day knowing how to drive the barge since our boat was too small for all the equipment. Through wind, rain, and rough water, they made it happen. Aaron and Matt were a great team and installed our stove professionally, answered all my questions and were extremely neat and thorough with the cleanup!Our service from Home Haven has been outstanding! From the quick replies to emails from the office staff, to the excellent work of Herb educating and informing us on which unit to buy, to Marcy making sure the stove arrived on time for installation before our guests at our Serenity House Bed & Breakfast arrived, to pro-installers, Aaron and Matt. In 2021 towards the end of the pandemic in Ontario, our air conditioning system failed. To compound the problem, the company that had originally completed the installation was no longer in business. That company was part of the ClimateCare network prior to winding up. We contacted Victor H. at ClimateCare about a very challenging warranty claim. Within 3 business days the matter was resolved between us and our air conditioner was back up and running. It was a pleasure to work with Victor. He clearly demonstrated and stood behind one of the primary ClimateCare commitments – “THE WE CARE PROMISE”.

Thank you Gary for the great service on our AC including cleaning away the mouse house yeaks! The new thermostat works beautifully and your great care and service was much appreciated. Good job!

Gary was our technician and he did a very thorough job, inspecting both the furnace and AC operation. He also helped us diagnose and fix an airflow problem to one part of the house. He left us with plenty of good advice for improving our system operation. Well done!

Spoke with Glenn at length about Radon concerns. He was very very knowledgeable about the subject. He provided some advice and piece of mind. He was not pushy or sales like. Told me what I had to do and what his company could provide with upfront pricing. Classy organization!
