Boris and his team Phil, Alan, & Chad did an excellent job of removing the old heat pump, furnace and oil tank. The installation of the new system went well despite the rain. Everything works great. It is nice to have people that take pride in their work. I'm more than happy to recommend B.AIR to friends and family.

Simply professional! Not much beyond I can say. They came on time, they figured a complex case of installation, they worked outside through rain. No hidden fees, no additional costs, only what was agreed upon. I'm not going to say B.Air is a cheapest company in the area, their prices are moderate, but they treat you like a royalty! 2 installations with them - both are perfect!

I reached out to Enterprise B.Air early this week for a quote on a heat pump/AC unit as ours was done and needed to be replaced. I spoke with Boris initially who explained why a heat pump would be better instead of simply AC unit, then half an hour later i had my quote and his pricing was better than his competition by far! The next day he booked my appointment for 2 days later and his install team showed up exactly on time. They installed, cleaned up, showed my wife how to use the remote, told her about the features and left her feeling extremely happy. I highly recommend Enterprise B.Air as they are knowledgeable, professional, prompt, courteous and most important of all honest. 5 stars all around, great job Boris and your team!!!

My experience with B.Air enterprise was really great. They did my installation yesterday, and I am really happy.When Boris came over to give me a quote, it was clear from the start that he both knew what he was doing, and was looking out for my best interests, and I personally really appreciate people who are like that. He didn't try to upsell me anything (quite the contrary), and his quote was very reasonably priced compared to what I was getting from other companies.The team that came for the installation, Alan, Shek, and Phil (so sorry if I am butchering the spelling of your names) did a very clean and well organized job. I was very impressed with their creativity to find a clean way to pass the pipes to the upper floor in my townhouse without having to pass piping through the roof (which was not very obvious given the configuration of my place).You've built a great team Boris! Keep up the good work guys, and I look forward to doing business with you guys again in the future :).

HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST COMPANY. They charged me 900$ for an AC repair which lasted 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I call back to say the same issue is back and the woman on the phone stated this was not her responsibility and that there is never a guarantee and refused to help me further. When I asked if they could help me, the owner said “Ben la ca me tente pas vraiment” and hung up on me. Is it what you call professionalism? I wish you the best of luck. Your service speaks for itself and i don’t find it very smart as a business to treat clients this way. Congratulations for losing my business and the business of multiple people I could have referred to you had you been an honest company.Addendum:Anyone who wishes to see the receipts can contact me directly. I have since hired another company who was appalled by the work B air Entreprise did and they will be fixing the entire system for half this price.

Very friendly and highly professional team! We had to reschedule our appointment a couple of times, and Boris was very accommodating. His crew was happy to answer any questions I had and replaced our furnace in 2 days

I had an issue with my thermopompe. They came when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat even though this crew was just there to diagnose and add Freon if needed. They explained what they were doing and why, gave me recommendations for maintaining my system running. Very happy.I had a small issue after, and call them back. The owner came over to my place and addressed my issue quickly at no charge.Highly recommend this team.

I was given a 3 hour window. Waited until after the window. Called the company and was told they'd contact the technician. Technician finally called 30 minutes later to say he'd be here in 3 hours!! Called the company again and complained. Why was i given a 3 hour window when that was clearly too small. Was told they're sorry but things happen, and the rain slowed things down. I asked why a 3 hour window turned into 6 hours and was told to reschedule. I said no, I don't want to go through this again, so let's keep the appointment. But I need to step out to do some things. I asked whether the technician would wait 20 or 30 minutes for me to get back if they came in the meantime, and was told no. Even though I waited 4 hours for them to come before finally leaving the apartment!! I was also told by the technician that this is not a doctors office. Not sure what the heck that was supposed to mean. Overall lousy planning on their part with no consideration for the customers time. The person who answered suggested I use another company. After this appointment, gladly. Bottom line is they feel their time is more valuable than the customer's time.

They installed central air conditioning in my old house, everything from pipes to equipment. They are very professional and efficient. The workers are very friendly and the service is up to standard. The most important thing is that the price is very affordable. This is the best and most professional company I have seen in Montreal.
