This is the first review I've ever written so to state my displeasure for the way my friend and I have been treated would be an understatement. Our truck was broken into and several personal items were taken. Thankfully we knew we parked in front of a camera. WRONG!!! Precise parklink refuses to assist us in getting this issue resolved even though there is an open police report regarding this issue. Please beware of this when going to park here.

Absolutely horrible. Never any parking spaces available, they ask you to move your car twice a month so they can wash the garage, leaving you with nowhere to park. (Obviously no discount for not being able to use it). If you’re planning on being somewhere at a certain time be sure to leave half an hour earlier, you’ll be lucky if you can even leave the garage. It’s a miracle if you can get your car into the garage, since it will say “unable to read card”. Not to mention when you ring the help button nobody answers you. Cannot express how horrible this company is, the service they give, the actual garage itself. Everything about this place is extremely terrible. Do not waste $140 every month to waste your time.
