It was a pleasure to deal with Union staff at 1491 Castlefield Ave., Toronto today. They are kind, fair good listeners and respectful of us as customers. We highly recommend Union Lighting and Furnishings at this location. I wish that there was a reward that they could receive for the service culture at this store. During this difficult time it is so important to experience kindness and excellence in service.

We walked through the store for over 30 minutes, taking pictures and noting items we were interested in. No one asked us if we needed help or wanted anything further. I wasn't impressed with their lack of interest in us when we were ready to make a purchase for two rooms in our house.

Overprice products from a union lighting company to deal with. Their items look nice but customer service is absolutely appalling. I have placed 34+ orders over the past few months and some of the products were not delivered at all !! requiring me to have to make several calls & back and forth emails and now I’m being told that I have to wait until March for items ordered in December..If you need the item you ordered, say maybe sooner than 3 months, don't bother ordering from here. I wish I just looked around more instead of ordering from this place.Probably the worst retailer customer service I have ever experienced. The people who answer the phone are lovely and polite, but while waiting for units that have been back ordered 3 times over the course of 2 months since my order, I got a different answer every time. Don't expect to speak to a manager about your problem.

My experience with Union lighting has been amazing both as a builder and first hand consumer. Their selection of lighting, furniture, and customer service is impeccable. Jafer is our sales representative. He’s always available to assist and certainly goes above and beyond. Their delivery service is organized and on time. Thank you all for great service!

I absolutely love Union Lighting. I have bought every single light, chandelier, flush Mount from Union for my home and have spent thousands here. They never fail to disappoint. Even if they don't carry a light, they are happy to order it for you. The person I deal with is Jaffer Said and he's an angel. So helpful, kind and amazing. The customer service is off the charts. After years of going to them, I had an issue with a flush Mount (I really didn't want to return it), they ordered a new one immediately and then sent their electrician over to make sure the light was properly installed. I will 100% keep coming here. Love Union and Jaffer. Exceptional stuff and service. Also, I can't begin to tell you how many times I have recieved compliments for my lights. Very happy customer!UPDATE: Jaffer is still the best. INCREDIBLE customer service

Excellent job by Paolo and another colleague whose name I don't remember. Our order was small (less than a 100 dollars), but the help we received was immense regardless. Paolo helped us review 4-5 bulb options for the lighting fixture to ensure we got something we love

Large place and has a large selection of furniture and lighting.I would even say, a very busy display which makes it difficult to see the furniture or the lights.I will revisit a second time to check if my first reaction/ review were right

We ordered mattresses and beds from Union Lighting & Furnishings for a vacation property outside of Toronto. The delivery team of Paul & Chimmy did an outstanding job of removing old beds as a courtesy and delivering new ones. Two King beds and mattresses provided a particular challenge in a tight stairway but they navigated things with a smile and a positive attitude. The delivery and installation was flawless. Not a spec of packing material or debris was left behind. My place was left spotless by this team. The beds look and feel great. All companies should aspire to this level of customer service. I even got a call the next morning to confirm how things went from Union and could only give them top marks. We love our new purchases and will be back for more lights and furniture. You can't beat the selection. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

This place has an incredible selection of the best lighting that I have seen and I've visited many lighting stores... The items here are unique and they have the styles to match every taste. The prices range from relatively inexpensive for the items on sale ($150 - $300) to very expensive ($5000- $10000). If you bring a business card You can get a 15% contractor discount.

I've been to Union Lighting & Furnishings a few times. The selection is excellent and the showroom is beautiful and well laid out. The customer service cannot be beat, especially Kelly who is knowledgeable and very helpful. I bought a number of unique items that look great in my home. I will definitely return for more. I highly recommend Union Lighting & Furnishings.
