This review has been long overview. April 2022, we used the services of LMade for restoring part of our basement ceiling due to water damage. We were very lucky to connect with LMade (Leonid) as he was doing major restoration work at the house next to us.I approached him and mentioned our situation, he advised he would take a look at the problem based on his availability. When time permitted, he popped over to our house and assessed the situation. He advised he would provide us with an estimate. A week later we received an estimate which we feel were reasonable and based on his findings and the magnitude of the damage he told us there would be additional charges for any additional work. We agreed upon the estimate and the work commenced the following week. We did not reach out to any other companies to get other estimates.We required some additional work to be done (installing handrails along the opposite side of our stairs to be used as mobility aid). This request was outside the scope of the initial estimate and Leonid agreed to complete the extra work.Leonid and his team are very professional and punctual. The line of communication was always open, Leonid kept us engaged and informed at all times on the progress of the work. LMade promised and delivered result within the agreed upon timeline. As seniors, Leonid treated us with the utmost respect, conversed with us without any air of arrogance or belligerence. Leonid is trustworthy, authentic and customer service-centric focused. His mannerism and workmanship are impeccable.Our overall experience in dealing with Leonid is very positive and memorable. We highly recommend LMade.

LMade was the perfect professional for our dream sauna project. Leon’s expertise gave us confidence in every aspect from the design to selecting the wood, the control system, and even the accessories! He was friendly from the very start which made the project a wonderful and comfortable experience. The build was well-planned and completed in only 4 days; they were respectful of our home and very courteous in managing the “mess of construction”. We are thrilled with the workmanship and every attention to detail. Leon made our living space complete and we enjoy the sauna every night!
