I purchased CTM epoxy floor coating from E lynds for my new garage. It cost $2000, i dont have that kind of money, it was on credit. I followed all the grinding, prep instructions to a T, humidity was proper, wait time was well within the manufacturers specs in between coats.... anyway the problem is in the product apparently, steve bursey although seemed to make an effort to contact the manufacturer for some sort of fix fell short and then just gave me the manufacturers information as if to wash their hands of it. In the end I purchased the product from them and they did nothing. Now I owe 2k for a floor that will have to be redone within a year, awesome!

They have always offered great service. Its a 'go to' for my husband..

Great place to get bolts, they always have hard to find stuff

Third time in a row this has happened here. Walk in stand by the counter rather than sit to make sure of being seen, although with a mobility disability it would be nice to sit. Staff go buy on a mission or do paperwork too busy to say just a minute. Eventually another customer walks in the door and gets served immediately ahead of me.

One of the very few places in Nova Scotia that has knowledgeable staff for one stop shopping for fasteners, tools, welding, safety equipment, sanitary, lubrication etc.If they don't have they have suppliers at the ready. I've shopped there for years.
