Battery World

Just stopped in there with a small question about my new old car and its electrical key. I was assisted by Howard who was the epitome of expertise and helpfulness. A splendid visit and problem solved.

These guys are great. I called ahead and had a bunch of questions , which the lady on the phone had no problem answering. My battery was priced a little bit more than Costcos, but they don't charge the core deposit, so it works out. Also the service surpasses Costco, so I'd gladly pay an extra $10 if need be. All the batteries come charged. What can I say? This place is the place to go.

Bought a replacement battery here for my Dyson. I returned to exchange it 2-3 times because it never worked! None of the batteries I got from them have worked. I ended up ordering one from Amazon that was cheaper and works great.

Howard is excellent and I'm so glad he was there both times I came in to check my battery under warranty and return my previous one. I should mention I also purchased the battery from him originally. He is very kind and personable. I would have left 5 stars, my only complaint was the moody woman at the counter that seemed VERY unwilling to help and had an awful attitude. I'm very grateful Howard was there to save me from her or else I may not have gotten any assistance or the battery I had needed. She seemed more eager to turn me away than to give any help at all. I try not to leave negative reviews unless earned but I truly felt this was worth mention, hopefully she comes around if they keep her as a face of the company or my next battery may come from Costco should Howard not be around

Harold was a fountain of knowledge & so courteous. We even managed to enjoy a nice end of day chat! A large variety of battery formats in stock.

Inventory is a problem, often do not have in stock. Prices are usually $10 more per battery than the jungle online option. Clerk can be grumpy but a cheerful good afternoon greeting usually cheers her up.

Good selection and decent price. Customer service is hit-or-miss though. Howard is overwhelmingly friendly who is great to deal with and is full of stories, but Cheryl seems to hate her job and I have not seen her smile in years.
