My new car cannot start because of the bad battery. I took the car here and Brent fixed it within hours. I got a ride to my office and was able to get my car back on the same day. They replaced my battery and did not charge me. Thanks for the nice service

I'm a customer of Mertin Nissan, purchased a Scion XB 2013 which has been great for us. Had a minor issue with a license plate mount which was quickly remedied by Vikram K. Very professional and kind unlike those others dealerships. Recommend going here and this gentleman for your automotive needs.

Booked to get my 2020 murano serviced and when I called to see if my servicing was done because I had an emergency Brent was so friendly , considerate and concerned. He said it was just finished and he sent a car to pick me up right away. Loved this service

My first time going to Nissan service. I got an oil change done there it was booked byBrent M and he did my order that day. He got me a shuttle to anywhere I wanted to be dropped off while it was being done the shuttle driver was a very nice employee. Brent was very friendly and nice. My experience at Nissan was excellent and will return for more service.

The service was great. We had been to another shop to repair a beeping noise coming from the back of my Nissan Monroe even when the car was off. Took it to another shop and spent 4 hours there but the problem continued. They repaired the issue without expensive parts and therefore a price I could easily bare. I was brought home with a driver that was very gentle on the road. They vacuumed my car and even gave me a free car wash.
