This store is really bad. I don't know that the worker is a staff or boss in this bell store. However no what I ask the bell mobile phone plan, that staff couldn't cut the phone. After that he didn't pick up the phone. The answering machine was full. I couldn't leave my messages. I thought that the worker or boss is the worst in Vancouver. 유대폰 여기서 하시면 정말 후회할겁니다. 정말 최악입니다. 고객을 너무 우습게 생각하는 직원 또는 사장님입니다.

Bought our family cellphone here. We been to the store in Lougheed Mall and New West to ask but this location had the most knowledge. They took the time to explain and was very honest/clear. The staffs were very polite as they transfer over my data from our old cellphone. Again, took the time to explain on how to use the new phone. Continued to be kind even though I have visited this store for numerous times after buying to ask some technicial questions. I recommend them to all my friends and family, and I will continued to do so.
