I'm incredibly impressed by MindSpace Clinic. I filled out a request form on their website and within hours, they were calling me to schedule an appointment. They are also incredibly thorough. After every session I receive an email giving a summary of what had been discussed and my goals for the week. Overall I'm very impressed by their organization and thoroughness.

I had a bad experience trying to communicate with the MindSpace clinic.They have never returned my several calls. They didn't get back to me after a few days, same for our second email. Eventually, after a couple of weeks of email exchanging, I was supposed to be contacted by the therapist who I was supposed to make an appointment with; this person didn't contact me either. I felt drained by their lack of organisation and unreliable services. I cannot talk about the content of their help because I was not able to reach this level. In my quest to find a therapist, I feel like the MindSpace Clinic stains like a lot of fruitless energy.

I agree with the last person. They suck at communicating in a timely manner. I reached out to them 6 days ago and I've yet to hear from them. When someone needs help every day counts, their response time is simply irresponsible. They might be very good but i would never recommend this place to anyone.

The MBSR program I followed at MindSpace helped me manage my stress and anxiety, and live a happier life. The trainers were very approachable and were there to answer all of my questions.

Joe Flanders and Mindspace greatly improved my life. A specialized program that combined meditation and other psychological techniques helped me overcome my issues and gave me mental tools to deal with new ones as they arise. Worth every penny.
