Extremely happy. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They do not make you feel like a stranger. I was getting tattooed by Noemie and she was a GEM! Thoughtful and caring about my taste and my comfort. She was kind to inform me about the after-care of the specific place of one tattoo in particular and explain why. The shop is super clean and spacious. The music is just loud enough so you can hear it but not to disturb a conversation. There are many women artists at this shop and I really like that.
