Why buy your matress anywhere else? Because their customer service team is total garbage and rude.Picked up matress, called the store to report issue, then the 888 customer service team implied I was stupid because they wouldn't provide any documentation that I reported the issue.Returned the product same day. No point In doing business with such an amatuer customer service team, pray you don't have an issue and waste a boat load of time.

Make sure you get all documents for any return or cancelation, 14 days and only resolution is to dispute charge on your credit card.

The salesman we talked to lie to us about the warrnaty, he told us it was money back guaranteed but it wasn't. Plus he was really rude about our delivery too. They were a a week late in the delivery and when they called to have it delivered they were rude because we weren't home even though we never got a new appointment time after it was late.

We went in twice. First time the gentleman was ok. We went to the sleep country on st James. The gentleman there( Brian) was super helpful and we bought a bed. Not sure we loved it so my wife went into the store here to look. When the woman found out it was bought elsewhere. Was super dismissive and rude. Not a great experience overall. I would not go in the store again

Recently bought a Serta memory foam mattress, so far happy with the mattress and platform bed we purchased. Ray at the unicity location was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

It had a bunch of over priced bed frames and mattresses. Went to the brick where there was more options in styles and prices. Bought a pillow I really liked.
