I had Skookum Yacht Services do a bottom inspection on a boat that we were considering buying. They accomplished this on short notice as the deal was pending on their findings. They did a thorough checkover with a very comprehensive write up after the inspection. I'm very happy with the professional service as well as the price.

I've owned 2 boats in Vancouver, and both have been expertly serviced by Skookum. My recent experience has been exceptional: they were extremely busy and short-staffed, but still fit me in and not only tackled my list of items, but also did a few more important items that neither the surveyor nor I were aware of! In addition, they didn't just leave me on my own after the service was done, but even accompanied me on the boat back to my dock to ensure all was well. On top of that, I also got a couple of in-water seamanship lessons from Jonathan and also Trevor! I HIGHLY recommend Skookum to any who are looking to have work done on their boat!

Skookum provided Commodores Boats with a referral to help out on an Offshore 48. Rub rail that had been repaired incorrectly by a company. They cut the glass hull from the deck so the rub rail continually was being compromised. Appreciate the opportunity to work with Skookum and their client.

I had diesel in my water tank. They researched a viable solution and did a meticulous job. I was pleased with their care and concern. I've used them before to remove 40yrs of bottom paint, address blisters and do some rudder repairs. Excellent care and attention to detail as well as concern for good communications and management of my expectations.

Besides being the best yacht services operators in False Creek - they are deeply connected to protecting the marine environment in The Creek" and are the epitome of businesses that take their social and environmental responsibilities seriously. Their prices are fair and the work they do is superb.And no - I am not a relative

Great place to get your boat fixed. Ask about their diving services. They are often cheaper than a haul-out.
