Very good customer service especially from Fred, recommend it fully go check it out!

It seems I share the same opinion as the majority of the reviewers, there is no customer service at this place.I had about $200 worth of spa maintenance products in my hands but needed a grate cover for my spa as well. I asked an employee if he can direct me to where I can find the part, he quickly glimpses at the item and says he doesn't carry it in stock then continued to walk away. I asked if he can order the part where he replies, No, my orders are all done, turned his back towards me and walks away. He didn't have the decency to closely look at the piece nor did he have any desire to help me out. Clearly a spa can't function without the part. Worst thing, they sell the same brand spa so I am sure he could have easily ordered the part. This lack of customer service wasn't from a part time kid who doesn't fully understand what customer service is, this deplorable action was from a grown man who clearly has been working there for years.I dropped everything I intended to purchase and walked out. I'll never walk in that place again.

Went to the store in person and got extremely good service from Fred! Would recommend him to anyone else looking for a good deal on services.

Pools are expensive toys, but this place makes it easier for me.I had terrible experiences with the competition in Mirabel.. I go to club piscine now.

Google says it's open on Sunday. I drove 40 min just to find out its closed on Sunday and 40 min to go back.Please update your schedule on Google if you value customers time.Thanks

I bought a spa from Club Piscine Saint-Jerome it was delivered broken. The aftersales service is terrible. The delivery slip was signed as unacceptable because of the broken spa delivered. I did not want the item delivered. I am getting lied to there is no service. I paid so so much money to buy a bran new spa but to have a Broken Spa delivered sitting in my back yard all summer. Please refund my money or repair or replace the broken item delivered.

excellent service ..they explain in detail opening and closing of pools.. Max who analyzed my water was very good.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They worked very hard to find me a package that fits my needs and in the price I could afford. They give you a quote on writing so that when you do go back to purchase your pool, you have the price right there that shows everything in the package.

Just wanted to share our professional experience with Club Piscine. Upon arrival we were met by Frederick Bedard a sales representative. We explained that we had spoken to his associate Chantal Benoit regarding a claim that we were planning to make with our insurance regarding our above ground pool. He advised us that she was not in but that he would be happy to help us. We sat down with him and he went over all of the above ground pool options and he took the time to make us a very professional quote. He gave us excellent service and he was willing to spend as much time as needed with us to be sure we were completely satisfied. We would recommend Club Piscine to anyone wanting to buy a new pool. Wish all sales people were as knowledgeable and competent as Frederick Bedard!
