Pre-Maternelle Pomme D'api Vancouver Preschool

Pomme d'Api is fantastic! The teachers are very supportive, kind and knowledgeable. Both my children have attended and loved it. It's a great place to offer early exposure to your children, especially if you plan to enroll them in French Immersion or the Francophone programs once they enter Kindergarten. Cette école prématernelle est super!!!

My daughter loves going to Pomme D'api. She comes home excited about her day, and full of stories about her friends. She loves the crafts they do and the songs they sing. As a bilingual family, we were looking for an opportunity to expose our child to French before francophone kindergarten. Pomme D'api has been a perfect transition. The school accommodates both English and French speaking families and all communications are in both languages, so no parent feels left out of the loop. We will certainly be sending our second child here when the time comes.

I'm so happy to have found a French pre-school to expose my son to French. Pomme d'Api is welcoming, the teachers are very caring and dedicated. My son is excited to go every morning. I wished I had looked into this one year earlier.

Wonderful French immersion/francophone preschool. The teachers are very attentive and thoughtful. My daughter loves attending this school and really enjoys all the different art projects. Amazing community of parents too!

This will be our second year at Pomme d'Api and our son absolutely loves it there.The teachers are kind, attentive and provide a warm and loving environment for the children to learn. They take time in planning a curriculum that is filled with fun and educational content and provide activities such as crafts, story-time, music, indoor and outdoor playtime, themed parties and field trips.As a parent run preschool, I have enjoyed working with and getting to know the other parents. We even do playdates outside of school!My son is excited to start the new school year and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Pomme d'Api to any family.

My daughter loves going to Pomme d'Api. Within a couple of weeks of starting there, she was asking to go every day of the week! The teachers are caring and extremely dedicated and they do a great job gradually exposing the kids to French over the course of the year. The school is very diverse and is a great option for families looking for a half-day preschool experience in East Van.

My daughter has been attending Pomme D'Api for 2.5 years. She loves attending the school. The inside of the school is very nice and they have a lovely playground that is well enclosed. The teachers are fabulous and she has become interested in picking up a new language. Given her young age she has picked up french well and can now sing songs in French. I would highly recommend this school to any parent.

My child loves going to Pomme d'Api. She especially loves her teachers, and misses them when she's not in class! She's proud of the arts and crafts she brings home, she's developed an interest in tracing letters and shapes thanks to the simple worksheets from class, and she always wants to play more with other students at the preschool playground after class is out. I really appreciate the way the class has opened her up to learning French. She regularly sings songs from class around the house, and she's curious about learning new words. We couldn't have hoped for a better preschool experience!

My son is in his third year at Pomme d'Api (he's a March baby and started at 2.5yo), and he loves it! He always wants to stay and play with the other kids after class, and the teachers are warm and loving. He's starting to surprise us with the French that he's picked up along the way, despite him being extremely resistant to learning French. This year was a little different with Covid - no field trips outside the school - but the school adapted well and created some special in-class events" for the kids to look forward to. His social skills have come a long way from the year he started which is in great credit to the preschool's focus on play. The parent community is very involved

This French immersion/francophone preschool offers excellent French language learning opportunities for 3-5 years old children. I was worried at first to send my daughter to French immersion preschool as we both don't have any knowledge in French language. She however readily adopted to a safe, supportive learning environment that Pomme d'Api provides and would ask me when she would be going to French school next.The teachers at Pomme d'Api are wonderful and professional educators. I highly recommend this French immersion preschool to any family who plans to send their children to French immersion kindergarten.
