My wife and I just got back from a half day tour! My wife was very nervous as she has hardly ever gone snowmobiling. Our guide was so careful to ease her mind. He took us on a fantastic scenic tour and was very attentive to make sure we were ok.It was safe, fun and fantastic afternoon!!!!

If you are in Charlevoix, their sister company is out of Le Manoir Richelieu. I was afraid I had to drive far away to get our family on a trail. Alex Dupre is the guide that is there and was our guide. He is an amazing guide with vast knowledge of the area and made us extremely comfortable. Apart from the experience, Alex is simply a tremendous human being and we are glad to have met him. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best ATV rental experience that I had. Alex provided my fiance and I with first class customer service, and was very professional. Highly recommend, and hopefully will be going again in the near future. Thank you for the experience!

Could have been a bad experience... Was fantastic. There was some miscommunication about the number of sleds we were renting and they thought me and my wife only wanted one. I don't want her on the back of my sled, and she definitely doesn't want to be there. They immediately saw the error and before you know it I was on the phone with the owner apologizing profusely. I ended up with the expedition extreme which was a complete blast. Really it's hard to keep the front skis on the ground. Making mistakes happens, no biggie. The way it was handled is rare. What a wonderful 2 days we spent snowmobiling. I can not recommend these guys more, and am already looking forward to next year. As for the area and hotel... just wonderful. Trails were out of this world... hotel was almost weird with a bunch of people in snowmobile gear walking around in a 5 star place. If you want to snowmobile.... this is the place!

This was one of the best experiences during our trip to Quebec! We had a perfect half day (morning). My husband and I rode a double (him driving) on the most beautiful winter trails. Pierre was the best! Not only did he take us all around - he picked us up when our car couldn’t make it up the hill to the meeting area. They provided everything we needed to stay warm and the snow mobiles have hand warmers! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back again.

100% recommended.We booked a snowmobile tour for 5 people and had the best time. Our guide Lou was very friendly and nice, the scenry is spectacular, the snowmobiles are in excellent shape.Would totally come back.

If you’re considering snowmobiling, look no further and just book with them. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. We got the shuttle option and the driver was 5min early to pick us up. Van is clean and driver is friendly. Our guide Patrick was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and knew the area. He emphasized fun and safety. The owner is ex military so he keeps the operation running smoothly. The heat is all new and so is the sea do. It’s a must winter activity if you’re into beautiful views and a fun time.
