Pawn Traders

Pawned my stuff here, went to go pick it up, was brought the same items, but someone else stuff, and it was all locked with passwords. When I told them this is not my stuff, all the staff walked away, tried to ignore me. All i got was I dont know what happened. I never got my items back.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy a10e from there and I can't reset my phone, because someone else's account was all ready on there. So I grabbed my phone and receipt, and I went down there. Just to find out that they thought I got someone else to make an account. I said no I just bought this phone couple of days ago, I even had the receipt to prove it. Very disappointed to find out this place I have been doing business with for years. Can't believe they sold me a phone that was not reset.

My boyfriend and I went to check out this store while we waited for the bus. When we first walked in I had to try to open the locked door by wiggling it so the two guys would notice us at the doors. Keep in mind its 1:20PM and the sign said open. One guy unlocked the door and left it shut. My boyfriend and I continued to go in the store pushing aside the discomfort. The manager was sitting in from of a tv with his tv table infront with a plate of food. It was odd because it was right in the entrence, we had to scooch betwen him and his table with his food. Meanwhile browsing around we saw a wii game for a steal of a deal. Started to look for a wii guitar to go with the game and asked the manger for his assistance because the guitars were hanging from the ceiling. He made us wait so he could contiue eating meanwhile he wasnt capible of reaching with a ladder. So my boyfriend had to grab a chair to check behind the counter for himself as the manager stands there. We couldnt find what we were looking for so we got just the $5 game with a $20 bill. First he didnt even have change for a $20. I asked if he had debt he responded with its broke." I had to leave the store with no game wasting my time and missing my bus. We ended up getting change and coming back for the game. As we were leaving the guy who unlocked the door was literly pushing us out of the doors. We told him we wanted to stay for a mintue because we had fish and didnt want them to freeze but instead he said "i just want to" then mumbled a bunch of words while rasing his hand. Before I got change the same guy was smoking right inside the entrence

They dont take eletronics. They dont have a guy". Took my basic dslr camera easily google searchable product for price bub they didnt want to help me. So bring your garbage!"

Kelly deserves a raise! She helped me find a bed, a TV, and hopefully soon a guitar/amp.When I called the store to get the bed's measurements to fit a box spring, She was able to provide the info quickly, which allowed me to make the right decision!Thanks again!

Went there to sell a phone I told them I wanted to sell it but they kept on giving me the idea of pawning it meanwhile I know that I wouldn't be able to buy it back out staff looked like they were in a bad mood just the way they looked other then that it was fine.

I tried to call to ask about pawning a game system but they won't answer the phone so otherwise not worth my business

If I could give negative stars I would.Came in for the first time to buy a gold ring, iPhone, and a game.When I got to the register, “Shawn” an employee publicly mocked me and my disability.When I spoke to the manager Noah about this, he also “made a joke” about my arm looking “gross”.Avoid this cesspool of human beings at all costs.

Waste of time. Dont go here. Rude staff didnt help or look at my items. This is the second time I got the exact same horrible treatment. The counter person barely looked up from her phone to tell me to ask her coworker whom she didnt know where he was and to wait. You will have better luck anywhere but here. AVOID!!!

Today I bought a game worth $10 I tried it on it never worked because the cartridge was broken and i ddnt even notice it, they ddnt even bother trying the game and see if it works.I tried calling them 3 times NO ONE WAS ANSWERING. This is the most HORRIBLE, WITH LAZY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. do not go in here, i repeat DO NOT GO IN THIS PAWN SHOP.
