The team at Q.A.P were prompt, detailed and professional . They did a thorough inspection of our house and walked us through the process as they were inspecting the spots where we had found/caught mice and checked spots that could potentially be issues. They took the time to explain how they presumed the mice had entered our home and gave us an honest summary of the extent of the invasion and how the traps/dehydration type poison would work. They were patient to answer all our follow-up questions. Other companies quoted much higher for a different service that didn't seem clear or guarantee that they could have solved our problem. Wow ! Today I had Andre out to investigate a possible rodent issue. I would like to say that he was very knowledgeable and professional. He had done a through inspection and discovered the issue and had a resolution right away . I also wanted to add at a cost of less than $200.00 . I had other quotes ranging from$500.00 to $2300.00. Call them they won’t disappoint you . I also had a follow up call within 20 min of the completion of my service .Great job !Thanks again !

Bought a new house found out there had been some mice living there. I called they came next day. The agent they sent (Andre) was great very knowledgeable. He located problem areas quickly and baited them. Also came with warranty. Very happy with the service and would recommend them.

I called and was immediately set up with an appointment for a wasp nest removal service. I was also given a quote which is reasonable and I was happy with it. I love how efficient they entire process was.Joe visited us and he was on time. He's a very friendly and professional individual, definitely knows what he's doing. On top of that, he is extremely polite. He was in and out with the wasp nest within 30 mins.
